Wouldnt recomend craig at nova. 10 weeks for a head in a nissan navara also made me chase up the head , bolts gasket and seals my self and pay for them , biggest stuff around to try get my parts back off him to put in the new head then parts were missing so had to wait longer , No phone call first 8 weeks of having my car to even let me know what was going on or a quote like i had asked terrible customer service had to keep ringing up to get told things like i have no idea craig is out or hes buzy or they have had some one sick or the machine shop guy had a break down and went over seas its not my fault im just the meat in the middle , so happy to have my car back but so dissapointed with the service i received at nova [redacted]
