Fixed fee, agreed before we start. If we quoted it wrong, that is our problem.
Your annual fee is set at the start of the year. If the work takes us longer than we estimated, you still pay the fee we agreed.

What clients ask before they switch
- Can you take over from my current accountant mid-year?
- Yes. We handle the handover, request the files and pick up wherever your books are. Most switches take a fortnight.
- Do you do bookkeeping too, or just tax?
- Both. Monthly bookkeeping in Xero, quarterly BAS, and the year-end return — one firm, one fee, no gaps between them.
- Do I need to use Xero?
- No, but most of our clients do and it makes the monthly work cheaper. We work in MYOB and QuickBooks too.
- Can you help me set up a company or trust?
- Yes — and we will tell you honestly if a sole trader structure is still the right one for you.
- What happens if the ATO audits me?
- We deal with them. Audit correspondence and meetings are covered by your fixed fee.
- Do you work with businesses outside Adelaide?
- Yes, across South Australia and interstate. Most of what we do is on a screen; the first meeting can be too.
