Who we are

Thirty years on the coast, and still local

Surfcoast Homes started in 1994 with two brothers, one ute and a block in Jan Juc. Three hundred homes later the office is still in Torquay, the trades are still local, and the brothers still walk every site on a Friday.

We price a home once. The contract you sign is fixed, the inclusions are written down, and the supervisor who runs your build gives you a mobile number on day one.

Every plan is drawn for the coast: salt-rated fixings, wind-rated frames, and alfresco areas that face the right way for a westerly. Homes we would live in, at a price that leaves room for the surfboards.
