Every re-roof carries a ten-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's. If it ever leaks where we worked, we fix it at no charge and photograph the fix.

What people ask before a roof job
How do I know if I need a repair or a new roof?
Age, material and how much of it is failing. Under twenty years and localised, it is almost always a repair. We inspect for free and photograph everything so the answer is yours to check.
Do you do emergency leak repairs?
Yes, seven days. If water is coming in we come and make it safe the same day, then quote the proper fix once it has stopped raining.
Will you work with my insurer?
Yes, and it is most of what we do after a storm. We provide the report and photographs the assessor needs and can deal with them directly.
How long does a full re-roof take?
Three to six days for a typical Hobart house, depending on size and what we find under the old roof. You will have a day-by-day plan before we start.
Do you replace gutters at the same time?
Usually, and it is cheaper together because the scaffold and the crew are already there. We will quote it as an option, not a requirement.
Is Colorbond better than tile?
For Hobart weather, mostly yes — lighter, quieter in wind, less to crack in a frost. But a good tile roof is worth keeping. We will tell you which you have.
