I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Maroondah Service regarding the repair of my Sealer Braemer heater. I called them for assistance, and they sent a contractor to assess the problem. To my surprise, the contractor arrived only to inform me that he wouldn't touch the heater due to supposed compliance issues. This left me puzzled and frustrated, as I had previously hired two contractors from different companies who resolved separate issues with the heater without mentioning any compliance concerns. Dissatisfied with their unhelpful contractor, I decided to seek help from another service provider. Just one day later, a different contractor arrived and managed to resolve the issue within half an hour. It is baffling to me how Maroondah Service failed to address the problem while the subsequent contractor could fix it so swiftly. To add insult to injury, Maroondah Service has the audacity to charge me $143 as a call-out fee, claiming it is for the contractor's visit. It is worth noting that the original price they quoted me for the repair was $280, which makes their call-out fee almost half of the original cost. It is outrageous that they charged me such an exorbitant fee for a visit that lasted less than half an hour, during which the contractor didn't even bother to open the lid and identify the issue. Despite my attempts to reason with them and request a resolution, Maroondah Service has stubbornly refused to acknowledge their shortcomings or provide any satisfactory remedy. I am now left with no choice but to escalate the matter to consumer affairs and pursue legal action if necessary. I am genuinely puzzled as to how Maroondah Service managed to receive five-star ratings from some customers. Based on my experience, they deserve zero stars for their lackluster service, unprofessional conduct, and unreasonable fees. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and explore more reliable alternatives for their heating and repair needs.

Dear Maroondah Heating and Cooling team, On behalf of my wife and I, we would like to thank the amazing staff at Maroondah Heating and Cooling for their extremely high level of professionalism and their fantastic level of customer service. One week ago we decided to take your option of a free quote, regarding getting our internal heating system replaced, as our previous unit was installed around 45 years ago and was starting to get very expensive to run and maintain. After booking the quote, we were visited by Dave Cullen, who arrived punctually and was very thorough in his appraisal of our requirements. Dave was very pedantic in examining the existing duct work, copper gas pipe work and the rest of our previous setup. In the end he showed me a very detailed plan which he drafted with all of the measurements, which impressed me substantially (I have a background in the trades industry). Dave advised that he could have the unit installed the following week, to which we happily agreed and submitted the required deposit. The following week, the installation team arrived punctually and seemed very well organised. The existing asbestos flue was carefully removed and wrapped in plastic. The heater installer, Mike Hamilton, arrived together with his helper Mitch and installed the new system in a very professional manner. Mike’s professionalism was outstanding as I closely observed the quality of his workmanship, keeping in mind that all of this was done with minimal disruption to our home. When the installation was complete, Mike asked if I was keen to view the installation in the ceiling cavity which I found to be excellent. The installation was very well executed, including the electrical work carried out by Josh. Prior to their departure, the team cleaned the entire area and promptly and efficiently removed the old unit. Overall I have to say that we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and our dealing with your business. Bonaire air Con installed in late May 2018, To date it has never been used. I went overseas and after two days my neighbour heard constant water running. Her Son climbed the fence and stated that the water was gushing from the new ac on the roof, My neighbour contacted the Body Corp, who in turn contacted me, I tried ringing Maroondah and there was no reply, sent an e mail, again no reply. Body Corp were not prepared to wait any longer and sent out an Emergency Plumber. Plumber stated the Solenoid had gone in my new Bonaire Pinnacle unit. I spoke with a man from Bonaire and initially they agreed to pay the bill, now the have changed their mind and are refusing to accept responsibility for the new unused unit being faulty and are refusing to pay the bill for the Plumber. Totally unprofessional and I will be contacting the appropriate people to resolve this, presumably fair trade or someone similar. Needless to say I would not recommend Maroondah or Bonaire, it's a case of take your money and forget about you!

Can not recommend Maroondah Heating & Cooling enough! They were quick to respond and fix our gas ducted heating. Kevin really knew what he was doing and I was 100% confident in his recommendations. He showed me what needed fixing as well as clearly explaining why. Was not pushy at all and wanted to make sure I understood everything and was happy. Great service and company. Will use again for servicing!

Dean not only quoted but advised me of the best system to suit my home, I was so pleased I didn't bother to get another quote. Our old ducted heater died a couple of months ago so given that winter was coming, we had to make a decision fairly quickly about how to replace it. We had several different quotes, and I felt from the start that Dean from Maroondah Heating & Cooling provided us with the most detailed information, well thought out options and a competitive price. He has been very good at communication throughout the whole process. On installation day the team arrived at the time they said they would, confirmed the job details and quickly got to work. They finished the entire in-roof ducted system in less than a day, and I'm happy to report that it's all working very well. Apart from a couple of very minor issues (a little dust left inside and not removing the wall controller of the old unit which was supposed to be included), I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for heating or cooling solutions.

Really really happy with my ducted A/c installation. The quote was thorough and included everything I wanted, the guy who quoted it understood immediately what I was after. They weren’t the cheapest (but not far off the mark) but their system was the best. The guys who installed it were great! Arrived on time, worked diligently and smoothly. And unlike many tradesmen I have had around recently, they weren’t overly loud or rowdy! The whole thing went smoothly from start to finish, and it was actually finished, on the day, when they said it would be (again, unlike other jobs I’ve had recently where “I’ll have to come back to finish that next week” seems to be a common phrase) The system itself seems to be working perfectly. Can’t wait until the really cold and really hot days so I can really try it out. I can’t get over how quiet the daikin ducted system is. You don’t even know it’s on. Perfect for the bedrooms. I definitely recommend maroondah heating and cooling!

We had a new 8.5kW split system air conditioning unit installed and couldn't be happier with the whole process. All the staff we dealt with at Maroondah Heating and Cooling were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were undecided at first about what type of cooling system we wanted installed. Michael came out and assessed the layout of our home and talked us through the options to find something that suited both our needs and our budget. The installation and electrical work was carried out in one day and the guys even cleaned up after themselves (they brought their own vacuum cleaner!). I would highly recommend Maroondah Heating and Cooling.

Both my wife & I are very happy the way people from Maroondah Heating & Cooling helped us to choose the right Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning system, for our house & the efficient way they went about the installation. The whole installation process was completed in one day, with the least amount of disruption. The old heating & Evaporated Cooling Systems were removed & all the rubbish taken away as agreed. This is the third time I have used Maroondah Heating and Cooling (twice for cooling and once for heating). Each time, I found that their knowledge, service and professionalism from start to finish has been exceptional. This most recent time, their installation team were polite and respectful, and cleaned up after themselves (and patient even when I slept through my alarm and found them knocking on my door! LOL) I am happy to say, when my ducted heating packs it in shortly, I wont be wasting any time in getting additional quotes. Great work Team!!

I don’t normally praise people who come to my home to work, but I feel that I have to write to you regarding my experience with your company. I would like to commend the two young men who installed my new Evaporative cooler this morning. They were on time and their courtesy, professionalism and work was exemplary ( Luke was who I dealt with and I cant remember the other persons name). As far as trade people go, if all were like them getting work done would be a breeze ( pardon the pun). My experience with your company, from my first contact with you, the sales tech, Dean, the young ladies on the phone, the follow up yesterday to let me know what time and everyone else that I have dealt with has been easy, accurate and fantastic. It was a great customer experience from start to finish with old fashioned service that put the customer first. I initially inquired about issues with my old gas ducted heating system and refreshingly there was no 'up sell' involved. Once the heating was fixed, I used them for a multi room split system installation and was very impressed with the product knowledge and willingness to work with me through various options. Installation was excellent - done in a day and no mess left. I would highly recommend.

Our job was the replacement of a single split system with three new split systems to cover the majority of our house. The communication with Dean our salesman were excellent. He was prompt, knowledgeable and clear. He was also quite efficient at responding to our folllow up questions. This was absolutely critical as we were not 100% sure of the precise job we wanted done. Whilst the quote was not the absolute cheapest it was very competitive and the most comprehensive in detailing all additional costs related to power works. The installation started on the day scheduled, though it started later in the day than originally planned and meant that the installation stretched over two days rather than one. That was an inconvenience for a working couple. I understand that things do not always happen to schedule. Perhaps consideration of changing the schedules so that people do not have to take two days off work should be part of the standard protocol. The installers were friendly and again they communicated well about what was happening and any minor decisions or tweaks that were needed once on site. They tidied up after themsleves and left the house as they found it. Overall we were happy with the experience and the service and would be happy to recommend Maroondah Heating and Cooling to prospective customers.

We were very impressed with Dave who gave our initial quote and even answered his phone on a weekend to assist us with a query. The men who came to install the unit were excellent and when an electrician was required unexpectantly they arrived within an hour. We were initially booked in for a 7 day wait for installation but the team were able to move us to an earlier time which was fantastic! Reception staff are also most happy to help with queries. A very positive experience.

Dave was the only person who inspected under my house before providing a quote. Therefore he had a much greater understanding of the problem and what was required to effectively heat my house. He also carried out a minor repair to tide me over before having a new system installed. Good communication, efficient service, happy to follow up queries. Not the cheapest quote but very satisfied!

From quote to install they were excellent. Dean spent well over an hour on the quote, discussing our requirements, checking underneath the house and measured all rooms to ensure the correct unit and associated services were quoted. Wade and his team of 2 other installers – arrived on time , were professional, courteous, and clean (Took their boots off when ever in the house and vacuumed and cleaned up after them). The completed the install (heater and new ducting) in one day and took the old unit, ducting and any rubbish with them. They took pains to ensure that the enlarged return air grill & Box took minimum space in the linen Closet and was finished off professionally. Payment was easy and no hassle. Given my experience I would certainly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a gas ducted heater.

MH&C installed installed a ducted aircon system and two splits in our home during an extensive renovation. The team had to work in with the builder as the project was staged. We found MH&C very well organised, were supportive in working with our schedule and all the team was very polite. The workmanship was great and they took great care of our house, cleaning up after themselves when jobs were finished. I have already recommended 3 people to them will continue to do so.

I have a Bonaire Evaporative Cooler installed. Overall happy with every aspect of my experience with Maroondah Heating & Cooling. Everyone I dealt with were friendly, respectful, thoughtful and professional. Dave the sales consultant called me the day before to confirm, he was respectful and engaging. Wade, Phil and Sootch were equally respectful and thoughtful. They had drop sheets to catch falling plaster, had a vacuum and broom to clean up after themselves and explained how to use the evaporative cooler. When I had a question they couldn't answer, they were happy to call someone to check the answer. Also, when I thanked one of the workers for removing their shoes, they answered, that's part of the job. I would highly recommend them!

The quoting process was great and professional. And the guys on the day were very friendly. Unfortunately during installation our ceiling was damaged quite badly. MH&C arranged repairs but after two months and three attempts to plaster and paint the hole we can still see the crack at night... During this time the accounts staff called for the balance which was to be paid when the repairs were done even though it hadn't been fixed, and they never asked how the repairs were going or if we were happy. It seemed like an inconvenience to them even though we were the ones with a damaged ceiling through no fault of our own. We're just going to live with it now as it's all too stressful. We've left three stars because the air conditioner is satisfactory and was priced well.

Extremely professional and high quality service all round when I recently had a new Daikin split system installed in my kitchen/dining area by Maroondah Heating and Cooling. Dean who did the quote came right on time, and was very patient and detailed explaining my options and answering all my questions. The price was the most competitive of three quotes I obtained. Roger and the electricians who did the installation did a fantastic job, in what was a difficult installation with challenging access and lots of existing piping to work around. They did an extremely neat and careful finish, and communicated really well in checking in with me as to whether I was happy with the location and appearance of all the new pipes and ductwork. They left the site really tidy and took all the rubbish, so that you'd never know they were there. I received the electricial compliance certificate within a day or two. The staff in the office were all really helpful, prompt and professional. Highly recommended on every level.

Very disappointed with maroondah heating and cooling after recommendation from a friend. We had wonderful service receiving the quotation however, was all downhill from there. Our job took over a month to complete and required us to make many phone calls to find out when it was to be completed. We had numerous broken roof tiles, a broken light in our pantry (which was never fixed) and cigarette butts were found all over our roof. After being in contact With the company and providing this feedback regarding their workers (to which they were very apologetic and replaced broken roof tiles) our job was finally completed. We will not be recommending/ or using this company in the future.

Appointment time was a Thus, I took they day off work. I had spoken to the office on 3 occasions and I was told the guy would turn up between 9am and 12pm. He called me Wed at 3.30pm and said he was in the area is anyone home now to do job. He then miscommunicated that he would start the job and wait for someone to be home to let him in. During a follow up call when it was established no-one was going to be home he then said he would not be back tomorrow to complete the appointment at the agreed time. The job was half finished and then the guy had to be told by his manager he needed to turn up on the Thursday to complete the job otherwise he wasn't going to show up?! After I had not heard from the business until after 10.30am and 3 calls Thus morning the guy called me to say he would be there between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. As I had been told it would be a morning appointment I had made another appointment I couldn't miss at 2pm I had to cancel the appointment yet I have been charged by them?!

Expert tradespeople. Took photos of the roof and house and listened to what we wanted. $16k install. Very professional, visited our home at least 3 times with different technicians to design a 6 star Brivis Ducted Heater with add on Actron cooling for 5 bedroom home in Glen Waverley. The 4 zones work perfectly and with 2 controllers installed it was money well spent. Michael in Sales was excellent and was knowledgable on the best products for our needs. I had sought at least 5 quotes as the industry seems to be full of sales people with no actual install knowledge, who just wanted to replace the old small system with the same small system, yet I wanted a solution that could have zones and use the same ducts for cooling. Maroondah uses its own plumbers and electricians and I felt they had ethics and wanted to do a good job. The 2 installers were here for 2 days straight, almost 12 hours each day. They were polite and friendly and I am super happy and warm now!

Very friendly first customer service. Installers - at least 4 incl electrians, though very nice, treated my home like a building site. They all plugged all their different rechargeable batteries into my outside and inside power points, even in the bedroom. They played their music loud, at least one worker smoked while working and though they took their rubbish, they did not clean their dirty hand prints off the new unit or the walls and my external power board box was left with all their electrical off cuts and their debris etc inside. Some workers took their shoes off when coming through my home while others didn't, even when asked too. Getting the promised and necessary certificates and receipt took considerable time and communication was poor. No demonstration or instruction given. Air con installed nicely and works. No follow up.

I have been using Maroondah Heating and Cooling over many years to purchase & service our heating and cooling throughout the house and have also purchased from them a split system. I have always found the guys to be very polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Their prices are very reliable and not over the top and we will continue to deal with them in the future.

Our 35 old duct-ed heating unit died. Called to companies to quote. Both suggested same Braemar heater to replace our old one. Maroondah Heating & Cooling's quoted price was much better compared to the other company. We are very happy with the installation of our new heating unit :-)

We were determined not to spend another Winter huddled around the wood heater! Also the house was turning into a mould trap with condensation in the non-heated rooms! Maroondah Heating and Cooling were fantastic - Glenn himself came to our house and after a very reasonable quote AND rebates we were able to replace our old heating unit for a far more efficient 5-star one quickly and at a great price. The new heating works so much more effectively and we are toasty warm throughout the house - we will definitely be asking Maroondah H&C to replace our cooling unit later in the year. Really good company. I had called 5 people to get quotes, and only two actually called back. The other company came over and had a cursory glance at my broken down 30 year old system and named a price on the spot. Maroondah Heating and Cooling actually spent time doing a proper quote, checking out the old ducts, diagrams of the house and then gave me a quote that was $500 better! The guys who came and did the install were great too, inspected all the old ducts and explained that even thought they are old, they are fine, and then exactly why they are fine. Cleaned up after the installation and were considerate of my husband who was working from home that day too. And a very quick job as well! There was only a two day wait in booking it in and installation. Would totally recommend, even though they were booked out for a week for the initial quote, it was worth the wait.

I had a heating unit replaced recently, although the price was not the best but reasonable and the service was just brilliant! First, Paul who provided onsite quotation had thoroughly explained the replacement procedure and figured out a way to best install the unit, and this is really reassuring! On the day of installation, I had Luke came over, He s work was way beyond my expectation! He got rid of the old unit, leveled and paved the floor, installed new unit and even replaced nearly half of the duct (which was not included in the quoto,just because I asked if he can clean the front end of the duct and he replaced nearly 10 m duct! Big big thank you to Luke) for me in just one and a half hour! Excellent Briliant well done job,Luke!

The heater unit was replaced with a larger more efficient unit. This required access being made to the roof cavity from outside to remove the original unit and to put the new unit in its place. The work was carried out without any fuss and all related "mess" was cleaned up by the tradesmen at the completion of the job. The old unit was removed by the tradesmen. The men caused no disruption, worked efficiently and completed the job quickly.

I was supremely impressed with the service I received from the start. From the moment someone was sent out to evaluate my heating needs they were friendly, informative and professional. When the install went ahead the team sent out were very polite and respectful of my home. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves (including vacuuming my floors below the install) and made sure I knew exactly how to operate my new heating system before they left. They also made sure I knew who to contact if I had any problems or queries. Quality install which made me appreciate the value for money for the service provided and have full confidence in the product we had installed.

Contacted Maroondah H&C for a quote on an evap cooler install. I know from experience the industry is full of cowboy installers, and I am very fussy with the trades I use on our place. We used Maroondah a few years back for a small AC job on a rental property, and following their good service then thought we'd give them another go this time round. Good to see nothing has changed - from first contact/quote with Dave Cullen, right up to the install with the other Dave & his crew, I still just cannot fault these guys! Communication was fantastic, quote Dave actually arrived early for the quote & install Dave was bang on stated arrival time. Install Dave & his two guys did a faultless job, absolutely no mess inside or out & also removed all their own rubbish. A real tradesman, not the 'get in & get out' type I was worried about getting. While you will always find someone to do your install a bit cheaper, trust me they won't do it better! Good job guys, already recommended you to several others - something I don't do unless I know they will get the same service we did.

Ducted Heating with add-on cooling for new build. A few issues along the way, but dealt with respectfully. It did take some time to commission the A/C unit, but Maroondah heating took ownership of the problem and worked around my schedule. My only negative is that I requested a quote for complete installation, which I received and accepted, but then I was asked to prepare the ground for A/C install. i.e. Level the ground and provide concrete slab. After some 'negotiation', and a delay to the install, we met half way where I levelled the ground but Maroondah heating provided the concrete slab. Overall the system is working well, they came up with a design that other suppliers couldn't, and despite the hiccups I am still happy with the service. Also the team that came out to do the work were friendly, respectful, and left the site clean. I wish I could say that for other trades. I would definitely use them again, but I would be a little more diligent when checking what is and isn't included in the quote.

We had our underfloor ducts replaced for our ducted heating as they had been in for 23 years and had deteriorated. Also we needed the configuration of the duct work to be altered to cater for an extension which had been added. Maroondah Heating and Cooling were amazing! From the first phone call enquiry to completion of the job they were efficient. They arrived exactly on time as arranged, both for the quote and for the start of the installation. They cleaned up at the completion of the job. They were courteous and informative. All in all I would definitely call them again when we need to purchase a new furnace or require any future ducted heating/cooling work.

Our ducted heating unit ended up with water damage after last weeks hail storm so needed replacing. I didn't hesitate to call Maroondah heating & cooling as I've used them in the past, they have always been exceptional. Half an hour after my call Kirk arrived to give me a quote, he said the earliest they could install was Friday, 2 days away. After he'd left I called the office to book in the replacement, I explained I have one year old twins & that replacing the heater was an emergency. I was told they would call me back to book it in when Kirk returned with the paperwork. 15 mins later they called to say they had reshuffled Wednesdays bookings around so they could come out that day between 12-1pm to install the new ducted heating! They arrived just after 12pm & 2 hours later it was all done! Exceptional, outstanding service.

This is the 2nd time Maroondah Heating & Cooling have done work for me and I have no complaints. While the installation did take over 12 hours (mainly due to a 2 hour interruption during the day which was not the technicians fault), the technician did not want to leave until the job was finished - and we are very happy with the result.

Our ducted heating service broke down with only 4 days to settlement and final inspection on our house we sold, causing us mega stress. Luckily the technician who came to check the old unit recommended Maroondah Heating and Cooling. Their representative, Kirk, came out first thing the morning after our distressed phone call, quoted on the replacement system, took photos of where the unit was supposed to go in the roof and the next morning at 8 am Danny and Sam came to install the new unit, knowing exactly where the unit was to go and what to expect because of the photos. They had to go in through the roof, took out the old unit, installed the new one and connected up to the existing ducts. They were very efficient and clean, I was worried about damaging internal ceilings or walls that close to final inspection (which had happened previously when tradesman were up in the roof cavity) but not a single mark. The guys even removed their workbooks before entering the house so they would not mark the carpet! They also took away the old system, so not a trace was left of any work being done at all! To have a quote and a complete new system installed within a day and a half is just unbelievable service, especially when you are stressed to the max with settling on a house you sold. Everyone at Maroondah Heating and Cooling understood the situation we were in and went beyond the call of duty to help us. We cannot recommend them highly enough, best service we have received from any company in a long time. We rang the owners personally to thank them, everyone, from the receptionist Fiona, the representative Kirk and the installers Danny and Sam were professional, courteous and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The team at Maroondah Air have excellent service, right from receiving my quote for heating, the installation and finally how easy it was to redeem the cash back offer. Dale and Joe did a fantastic job on the installation, they were both very professional and knowledgeable in the positioning of the heating unit and heating vents and how the system works. Although we haven't had many cold days yet, I found the system warmed the house very quickly, and am glad I am prepared for the winter months ahead. The cash back offer is great, and the process on-line was very easy to follow and I was surprised how quickly my application was processed and payment received. Extremely pleased with everyone who was involved.

It is not often that writing a review about a company has given me such pleasure. My wife and I cannot praise too highly Dean and John for their work and commitment in doing an excellent job. Its certainly the first time we have seen tradesmen turning up with their own vacuum cleaner! Maroondah Air should be very proud of, and happy, that they have two tradesmen who obviously believe, and have been brought up to understand, there is nothing wrong in practicing those long gone days of hard work and courtesy. To coin the old phrase old habits die hard and as long as Maroondah Air employs people like this they cannot go wrong. It would be extremely remiss of me not to mention Bob who started the ball rolling when he first came to see us regarding the best installation within our means. Bob was extremely helpful, explained the problem with the ducting to the exhaust vent, how it had been incorrectly installed and the problem that may well have caused the central heating unit we had installed, to give up the ghost. Bob was extremely professional, polite and, more importantly, knew exactly what he was talking about in reference to different makes and model of units. Last but not least, the ladies and gentlemen in the backroom who answer the phones. Their courtesy and helpfulness encompasses no bounds. I had spoken to Sandy, Vanessa and Fiona, plus a couple of gentlemen, whose names I unfortunately forget, they should also be highly commended for their courtesy, helpfulness and good humor. Most certainly another two feathers in the company cap. In short we are only too happy to highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling job.

These guys ripped out and replaced my gas wall heater, and changed over my gas hot water system to an instant system. I found them to be good operators - reasonable prices, all contractors showed up on time, and were good to deal with. They also took the time to explain everything along the way. I've had the equipment installed and working for about 9 months now and everything has run well.

Dear Daniel and Stuart, we've had our heating/cooling unit for a while now, and I just wanted to let you know we are really happy with it. It heats the whole house or just parts of it as required, it is fairly quiet, and very efficient at heating the house quickly when needed. We have only used the cooling on a couple of occasions so far, but again it has performed way beyond our expectations. Despite the hassles of additional boxing in, installing three phase power to the property, and lowering the ceiling of our bedroom to make it all fit, we both feel it was well worth the effort to get a system that does the job and does it well. Its been very delightful dealing with Maroondah Heating Services, right from when I had Daniel come out and thoroughly go through and check what was required with me and explained the best option. Josh was a very easy going young man who worked solid all day long, everything I asked he explained to me which gave me confidence and assured me of his knowledge of installations of heating systems. There was no mess left behind and I was really happy to see the old unit being taken away and thrown out. The customer service team who I spoke to were all extremely helpful to assist me with my enquiries. I can honestly say it was a very positive experience dealing with Maroondah Heating & Cooling and I will highly recommended there business to anyone.

At the beginning of June I called this business for a service on our heating unit that wasn't working. They have a dedicated service team on board now, but I was told that I would have to wait at least 2 weeks to even make a booking as they were too busy. We bought our heating unit from this business, so I was expecting a little better service. Coincidently, two weeks later I didn't receive any call. After experiencing the cold for too long (yes, I am spoilt), I called and arranged another company to come in and repair my unit, which was done all within a week. In summary, I recommend this company for their sales of heating and cooling units, but unfortunately I'm not able to provide a great experience in terms of their service team. Sorry!

Our heater died in the middle of winter, and having a 6 month old baby, we wanted a new heater ASAP. They were Fantastic, they understood my concern with not having heating. I rang them at 4pm had a salesman at my house 8am the next day and installed the heater that day. The plumber that did the job, worked in the pouring rain to do the work, and as a result the inside of the heater got wet, so he stood there with a hairdryer under a brollie to dry it out and said "i wont be leaving till it is dry and safe to run". The job took a few hours longer than normal due to the weather. Some company's i rang said they will be able to come and have a look on Monday, and install Tuesday or Wednesday. But for this company within 24hours !!
