We have been customers of Autoplus WA for at least 15 years, and have always been provided with excellent professional service, good advice, and value for money. Unlike previous experiences with the Subaru dealer, we don't receive phone calls just after dropping off the vehicle for a service trying to sell us non-essential services. Autoplus give us a comprehensive reports on the vehicle after each service identifying matters that will need to be attended to in future services.

This was my first visit to AutoPlus WA. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The work done is clearly explained, documented, and reasonably priced. Issues are resolved appropriately; I thought I needed an air con regas but it was a blocked filter - no unnecessary work was done to make more money. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely 1st class service. The service begins with the girls on the front desk, cheery souls. My vehicle was looked after by a very competent mechanic, Chris, who spent the time to explain the problems and the actions taken to rectify the faults. It was a big ask as my vehicle is 50 yrs old and was a challenge to assess the fault and then repair it. Thanks Chris. The business ethos is one that should be followed by other companies, nothing was too much trouble and I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere throughout my experience.

Very thorough in their diagnosis and work. They prioritise the problems in your vehicle and attend to the most important issues first. They also assist you by dropping off you at the closest shopping centre and pick you up later when the work on the vehicle is over. There is also an ongoing monitoring of their work done on the vehicle free of charge. In short, they are more human in their approach.

My Car had been making noises which eventually become louder and louder.I like that Autoplus persevered until they found the whole problem.They went to some trouble to locate the problem where it was.Once sorted parts were ordered but we had to wait for them.When the parts were available, the team had my car for the day and I was able to drive it home. It was a quite as a mouse. I appreciated having the use of loan car. I have been a customer at Autoplus for about 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After getting a complimentary service from Midland Autoplus via a Facebook competition they had made some suggestions (there was no pressure) to have some further works done. I called and asked for a price for 90K service which was $100 less than a competitor so I booked my car in with no hesitation. Small extra works were found which again were surprisingly reasonable in cost and there again was no hesitation in getting these extras done at the time. When I came to collect my car there was a bit of a hiccup as I hadn't realized it would take extra time for the couple of extras and as I had to collect my children from school there was no dramas and the guys lent me a loan car. I highly recommend Midland Autoplus for both the customer service of all the workers here and also their top work done on my little Hyundai Getz. Thank you Alan, Chris and the entire team at Midalnd Autoplus :)

Absolute ripper! I happened to find them via a Google search and another review site (WOMO). Already had loads of great reviews there. I was feeling really down about a growing list of things wrong with my car (which is my number one hobby). Autoplus Midland made a great impression from the get go and never faltered. Great customer service from reception and the mechanic I dealt with (Chris). Friendly, professional and intelligent. Dropped the car off and gave them the list of things that were wrong. Agreed to leave it there for four days. Got a call back that afternoon confirming work to be done after the initial inspection which was such a nice change from having to chase up shops. They picked up some things that I'd forgotten to mention as well and sorted them out for me after first confirming I wanted to get it fixed. Saved me money on parts where possible to still give an A+ result. Collected the car and had an excellent discussion with Chris about the car and what they fixed, and he praised the preventative work I'd already done. Really knows his stuff and was on the money with things I'd even forgotten to ask him to do, specific fluids to use etc. I can see why they have such great reviews, I'm certainly going to be a return customer. Thanks to all the team down there for giving me back the joy I've been missing in my car!

It's rare for me to get enthused about vehicle maintenance, but Midland Autoplus gave five star service at every level when I asked for a priority check, after driving overland from Tasmania. They promptly made room for my ute on their hoist, changed the oil, renewed the brake pads, switched the wheels around, and wrote a detailed analysis of the vehicle's general health, all at a very reasonable price. I could not have wished for more and, as a finishing touch, there was a complimentary stubby holder containing wrapped toffees alongside my seat. These were +++welcome on the long haul back across the Nullabor...!

They are very professional and customer focused. Our previous servicing would normally cost in excess of $1500 or more. We have recently had the same service done and costing just over $500. If you live in the Midland, Brigadoon area then do not go any where else to have your car serviced. Great job Chris, Chris himself goes out of his way to help his customers. It is called Customer Service which you don't get much of these days.

I called all over perth looking for quotes to install cruise control. Midland Autoplus was not only the cheapest but sounded the most helpful and informative on the phone. In person, Chris was just as friendly and took lots of time making sure the design was right for me and then explaining the system when it was finished.

Midland Autoplus is a family business that provides the best automtoive car service in Perth. Prior to "accidentally" finding them, I had gone to five different car mechanics and been charged exorbitant prices. As a professional woman I find their expertise, attention to detail and service to be excellent. Travelling long distances I need a car that is reliable and that I know is properly serviced. I would not go anywhere else and I continue to recommend them as mechanics of choice. When you want the VERY BEST you go to Midland Autoplus!

I love taking my car to Midland Autoplus. Being a young female it is so hard to find a mechanic that will not rip you off. You simply drop your car off knowing its in safe hands, and they're very flexible and when you pick up your car ALL the work that was done gets explained in English and they only do the work that needs to be done. Also it gets explained in simple language before you pay your bill and they really do look after their customers too & it's good looking after the small family business'! :)

Excellent. Good service and any problems found with my car were explained clearly. One thing I would like is the cost of what needs doing in the future itemised on the bill as well but that's a minor detail. It's so I can know what I'm up for and can save to get the things done that need doing.

The service is very good and those guys really seem to take care of their customers. Very friendly, affordable and fast too - my car had several things that needed to be fixed and some other mechanics I asked prior quoted me up to $200 more for the same job or less... I got my car back within 24hrs and they even gave me a little gift as it was just after easter... I left with a positive feeling that I usually don't get when spending $800 on repairs... I would recommend Midland Autoplus without hesitation to all my friends and anyone else! :)

I started taking my car here years ago on a friend's recommendation, and I haven't looked back. This is the most trustworthy and value for money mechanics business I have ever known, I feel completely comfortable here and know they won't try to rip me off or take advantage of my knowing little about cars. As an example, once I took my car in for repairs, and they didn't charge me because the faulty part was one they had installed at their last service. I had no way of knowing this, but they were honest enough to let me know. They genuinely try to keep costs low, have never given me a massive list of things to fix as I've always received at other places, and even offer to give me a lift to the train station when I drop my car in. Excellent - it is so great to find a place for car repairs where I can feel truly comfortable about the experience.

The Service was absolutely "First Class" I had a very difficult to find problem with the Engine Management System on my EF Falcon and Chris and his team identified the problem which was caused by an intermittent fault with the Coil Pack Assy. In addition I had a Full Service including replacing the Spark Plugs and a complete Lead Set. My Vehicle was ready on time.

I first went to Midland Autoplus for warranty service on the advice from my sister. Allen and Chris (and perhaps other family members) have been looking after my cars for about 4 years. Totally happy with their quality, service and value. I'm always advised on what needs to be looked at for the next service and when the work is done I receive a detailed account and either Allen or Chris will discuss it with me. The boys (sometimes the girls) are always happy to drop me off to the shops or station or wherever I need to go while they get on with the job. If Allen is the driver he likes to talk about his family and what they are doing. I know all about the new babies. These boys are the best. Nothing is too much trouble. They also look after my daughter's car.

Recently bought a new (second hand) card with no service history, so took it in to Midland autoplus for a service and to see where the car is mechanically. The guys were so very helpful, courteous and informative. They didn't do any unnecessary work - as other mechanics have in the past and charge a small fortune. When we collected the car we not only received a detailed report but the guys explained in detail what they had done and what things we should look for and expect in the future, they also didn't try to sell us into getting any extra work done but made a point of saying they would keep an eye on things and check in depth on a couple of point at the next service. Very friendly, helpful and felt very trust worthy and professional. Thank you for your professionalism and assistance guys. We've finally found a place to take our cars for serviceing and repair and feel very confident that we will recieve superb and honest service. Thank you. :)

We have been getting our cars serviced by Midland Autoplus for about 12 years and are very happy with the quality of service. Previously I was having my vehicles serviced by a car dealership and every time I took my car for a service I had not long dropped if off when the phone would ring about all the extra work that supposedly needed doing usually running into several hundred dollars more. We highly recommend Midland Autoplus to anyone who is looking for an honest mechanic who only does work that is necessary and does not charge an arm and a leg. All the staff are very helpful and happy to take the time to answer any questions you may have about your vehicle. I would not take my car anywhere else.

I have been taking my numerous cars to Midland Autoplus for about 7 years. Be it my standard daily driver, my performance project car or my 4wd, they all go to the guys at Autoplus for everything from general maintenance and servicing to significant performance and custom modifications including (but not limited to) complete engine rebuilds and transplants, all aspects of driveline modifications and electrical works. They never fail to meet my extremely high expectations and standards and I am always pleasantly surprised when I receive my invoice due to the fact that it is always very low considering the works they have completed for me. They never undertake works that are not required and always discuss any unforseen works with me before going ahead with them. I have recommended many friends and family to Autoplus in the last few years including car enthusiasts like myself and they have all thanked me for the recommendation and had the same experience that I have. If you are after an honest mechanic you can trust and also wont charge excessively then these are the guys for you. I cant recommend these guys enough - seriously do yourself a favour and take you car/s to them for peace of mind and a happy wallet:)

It was a happy day when we moved to the area 10 years ago and found Midland Autoplus. In the process of moving the catch holding our driver side car seat went and I was driving around with a spare tyre behind the seat. Along come Midland Autoplus who proceeded to source, collect and replace the seat on the same day. And we were brand new customers!!! We recommend this business to everyone. They are unfailingly efficient and honest and a credit to the industry.

Brilliant family business. They have integrity, are trustworthy and honest. They offer value for service and money. They do an excellent job. They do not overcharge and women do not get ripped off. This is the fifth mechanic I have gone to in Perth and have been with the business for 6 years. They were recommended to me. Honest and friendly. They are a great family business who always look out for me. My car is very important to me as I do a lot of driving, they always work out the best option for me (if its a big job) and not what's best for their bank account. They also cut the bulls**t out and word it in a way that I can understand instead of confusing me and scaring me into getting things done that aren't urgent.
