I've recently moved to the area, and needed a sound that had recently come about checked out. Autoplus WA Midland completed a free 15 minute assessment, all staff within the shop that I could hear sounded pleasant. The member who served me was also easy to talk to and happy to discuss rather than rush me through a decision. So far so good.

Was quite hesitant to book my car in for a service as I have not been impressed with mechanics from my experience and will usually do the work myself. The team at Autoplus were awesome and I guarantee you will be looked after! Shoutout to Mark who made the extra effort to keep me updated on my car and any concerns they had with the whole experience being the best I’ve seen!

May daughters car engine light on and car running very roughly. Mark allowed me to bring in that day and check car for me , found the fault and fixed for me the same day. Long weekend coming up and now I have peace of mind my daughter’s car will be reliable and she won’t be stranded.

Excellent service and great prices. I got my car to them around 8am and the service was completed in the afternoon. I was dropped off at my home and picked up. I can’t thank them enough for this service they provided to me at a very reasonable price. I will return for sure. All the staff were lovely and very attentive. I am happy and thank you to you all.

Unlike previous experiences with the Subaru dealer, we don't receive phone calls just after dropping off the vehicle for a service trying to sell us non-essential services. Autoplus give us a comprehensive reports on the vehicle after each service identifying matters that will need to be attended to in future services.

This was my first visit to AutoPlus WA. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The work done is clearly explained, documented, and reasonably priced. Issues are resolved appropriately; I thought I needed an air con regas but it was a blocked filter - no unnecessary work was done to make more money.
