They price matched a very good quote I had for the units.

I can highly recommend 2 Masters. I have just had 2 split systems installed with the removal of an existing split system and an old box style air conditioner. They respond quickly to emails, they show up on time and have provided great advice. The cost was very reasonable and the team who did the installation were lovely. They also plastered my wall as requested and cleaned up beautifully afterwards.
I am extremely happy with the service I have received from 2 Masters.

2 Masters were great, quick turn around time from initial call to coming to quote and then to install.
Team did a great job and used their brains when installing (recommended to mount one of the exterior units higher on the wall so that it would create better access to the area), they also found some faults with old wiring and switchboard which they fixed for us.
They were clean and efficient, highly recommend!

Quick quoting process, to fix up some install issues from 10+ years ago. Thought the quoted amount was reasonable and asked for a quote for more work to be completed in the future, which we were happy with the price as well. We now have an amazing Drying Cupboard for our clothes, with the assistance of 2 Masters!

We had a very poor experience with a different company and 2MASTERS restored our faith!! Zoe was always at the end of the phone to help with enquiries. She was friendly and professional and always returned calls with answers to our questions. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and did an excellent job installing the reverse cycle aircon unit. Highly recommend this business

I am so incredibly impressed with Lev. He came on time and fixed a problem that no one could figure out (the rebalancing of a commercial ducted system)!! I highly recommend 2Masters and would definitely recommend not wasting your time with anyone else.

We had an old ducted heating system that no other plumber was keen to look at. Lev came out and fixed the problem after sourcing the part. The whole process took place over 24 hours. He was a pleasure to have in the house.

First class service.
Emergency call out took only 1 hour to attend. Parts for repair were in truck and within an hour our heating was fully operational.
Lev and his team are prompt,accurate and modest in the cost structures.
They now have all our heating and cooling business.

We have recently engaged 2Masters for the past 3-4 months and they have been amazing! They are very prompt with their service, contact quickly, invoices are sent as soon as the job is completed. Their prices are by far the most reasonable we have found in years. If you are looking for professional and prompt service with a great price tag, give 2Masters a call.

In mid December my old split system Air Con unit died. I contacted several certified AC installers to quote on a new install, they knocked me back saying the job was too difficult due to two sets of narrow stairs & the location of the internal unit, directly above a bend in the stairs. I found 2 Masters through a friend of a friend. A technician came to my home, looked at the job & said " yes we can do this next week" Their office sent me a quote: Supplying the latest Mitsubishi 7 KW. And installing it. which included removing the old 50 Kilo external & 18 kilo internal units. Two installers arrived on time & did the job. They were very careful with not marking the internal walls, they had drop sheets to protect the floor. They removed all the old stuff & cleaned up before they left. I can't say enough positive things about 2 Masters. Last but certainly not least they beat every other price quote for the Mitsubishi AC unit.
