We could tell that this was a professional outfit from the start when Jim did a risk assessment. It was a difficult site but the guys removed the tree carefully without endangering the surrounds. They also did a great job cleaning up at the end. We will be engaging Arborclimb for another job.

My husband and I recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and we knew that we would need to get some trees lopped. I love the internet for reviews and came across Arborclimb. The reviews for this company were fantastic so I didn’t look any further and phoned Jim. When he came out to do the consultation it was more than I expected; my husband and I felt it was more like a lesson for us provided by the “Tree Doctor”! There are tree loppers available and then there is “Jim”. The security of having a fully qualified Arborist, knowing so much about trees is what secured us to employ Arborclimb. Jim’s focus for our property was all about safety for us and our home, the aesthetics, thinning of the canopies to allow more light and open our views without ruining the trees structural integrity and stimulating new growth. We were so pleased with the end result that Jim's coming back again! We can HIGHLY recommend Arborclimb. P.S Pay for a day rate is far more economical than per tree quotation.

I was very happy with the service provided by Arborclimb. I'm experienced with felling trees, but I had a couple of reasonably technical trees very close to my house that requiring felling but were beyond my capabilities. I received a very prompt response to my request for quote. Jim professionally assessed the task, scoping the job thoroughly and gave me a very reasonable quote that I was happy to accept on the spot. Arborclimb did a great job to remove a problem tree that was overhanging our property boundary and trim/shape around 60-70m of hedges that had been allowed to grow wild. Despite not being able to work due to a broken finger, Jim regularly checked in on the work during the day and his team were very professional and courteous. Full clean up at the end of the day and great communication throughout. Would definitely use them again.

Jim was recommended by a colleague to remove a Queen Palm from our front yard, he in the team did a great job. To be honest I'm not sure whether his pricing was competitive as we didn't check other quotes; Jim was the first to attend and we were so impressed with his process and efficient service that we were happy to proceed with what sounded like a reasonable quote. The crew turned up on time and removed the offending tree without any fuss and did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. The palm was at the base of a raised veggie garden so a pretty delicate operation but not one leaf was damaged on our delicious herbs that now have a lot more sunlight! It's without hesitation I'd recommend Jim & the Arborclimb Crew and won't bother calling anyone else for the next job.

im provided excellent service in a complicated job that required large trees and bamboo to be removed as they were damaging the pool foundations. Despite being late in the day jim answered our call to remove a tree that had fallen on our roof. It wasn’t an easy job but Jim managed to remove the tree that was also embedded in the fence and all without causing and further damage to our property. He also removed the remaining trunk of the gum tree that was in danger of falling also. Jim then assisted with replacing the broken roof tiles so our house was once again secure from rain. We will definitely be using Jim again for garden pruning and recommend him to everyone in our area to deal with our large gum trees. Thank you arbor climb.

Safety is obviously a high priority for Jim and his workers and we amended the work plan accordingly to minimise risk to his workers. Jim and the Arborclimb crew did a terrific job at our Buderim house. There were a number of large tallowwood trees covered in vines. The trees were trimmed and vines removed and they look fantastic. The rest of the yard was cleaned with surplus shrubs and small trees all removed or trimmed of scraggy growth. The yard now looks a treat. Thanks Jim.

Jim and Eddie were very professional and pruned back my trees as requested. All branches were mulched and the site was left clean and tidy. They were happy to compromise on the quote and offered advice for future work. Would recommend.

Jim and his guys were there in our hour of need when a couple of trees fell down on our property and needed to be quickly and safely removed. Turned up on time, told us what they were going to do, then quickly and professionally carried out their work and cleaned up when finished. Can't rate them highly enough. They cleaned up perfectly and picked up excess branches that I had lying around the backyard for me. I called Arborclimb as I had a large branch fall and hit my house. My house had damage and there were wires that had been torn out of my house. After calling Jim I was immediately happy as he was able to attend my property within a very satisfactory time frame. His price was very competitive and a very professional company. Upon scheduling the works and having the job completed his team were very friendly and helpful. They left my property cleaner than it was before they were there. Jim was punctual, professional, proficient and competitively priced. He quickly responded, attended, inspected and supplied by email a detailed Quote with current Certificate of Insurance attached. He initially undertook to do the work in the week prior to Christmas and later telephoned to confirm the day. His communication was very good. Jim and his team attended on the appointed day and carried out the work carefully and proficiently. The work, which took all day, included: tree felling, including one very large, dangerously leaning Virgilia in a confined space and several smaller, mature ti-trees; the pruning and canopy reduction of a mature japanese maple tree; the pruning of a large camellia shrub and the hedging (top and both sides) of a row of 13 tall, overgrown pittosporum trees; mulching and removal of all felled and pruned vegetative material; site clean-up and clean-up too of neighbour's driveway. The following morning, as arranged, Jim's pleasant stump grinding sub-contractor Val attended, erected a tarpaulin screen to protect our nearby in-ground swimming pool and pool equipment from flying debris and efficiently removed the several stumps with minimal material getting in the pool. In summary, a job well done for a satisfied client. Definitely an all round 5 star performance. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Arborclimb to anyone requiring tree services.

I contacted Arborclimb when I first noticed my trees had lost very dangerous limbs hanging over my fence line and house power lines, which if they had fallen would have done a lot of damage. The team where on site within a few hours and had the problem sorted and tree made safe within a short period of time. Well priced and super professional team. Took a bit of prompting to get job done within specified time frame, although this was understandable with the amount of wind fallen trees recently and isn't indicative of the impressive job he and his crew did. Went beyond the call of duty in some of the work he did and would happily use him again.

Jim was at our house within hours of us calling to look at a splitting tree that was overhanging the house. He braced the tree on the spot and scheduled a time to return to remove the offending branches. Jim responded to our questions and concerns quickly and professionally and arrived on time to complete the job. We were very happy with the results and the clean up. Aside from the tree being trimmed and a neat pile of mulch left for our garden, you wouldn't have known anyone had been there. I definitely recommend Arobrclimb.

I contacted Jim from Arborclimb as I was worried about a very large gum tree in my back yard very close to our house. Immediately after assessing the tree I knew that the tree needed to be removed. He gave good honest advice and a fair prices quote. He sent me a copy of his insurance documents on the day the turned up on time and work around bad weather conditions and got the tree safely on the ground with no damage to my property. Had Arborclimb com and remove a Silky Oak and half of a gum tree, as well as some smaller shrubs. The work was done quickly and safely, despite some tricky overhead wires in the vicinity. They mulched the green waste onsite and took it away. I was impressed with the efficiency and skill of these guys.
