I could not be more happier with the service I received for my interstate Move from Melbourne to Sydney. We were double booked with our original Movers, which left us in absolute chaos. I was recommended to call Sam from my real estate agent and he was a godsend. Planned and executed my move all within 48 hours. Somethings are meant to happen in life. Meeting Red Carpet removals and Sam was the best thing I could’ve hoped for.

Sam organise everything for me. He helped us get rid of unwanted junk provided Boxes , and they are absolutely amazing Job relocating us to Brisbane. Paid a little bit more for these guys because they came highly recommended. But I didn’t mind because our last move with another company was an absolute shocker. From the initial phone call with Sam I knew it was going to be a stress free move. On time, everything was wrapped carefully and moved to our new home. The guys smile and actually create such a wonderful vibe. I would definitely recommend Red carpet removals.

After our original Removalist stood us up. I was in panic mode and stumbled across red carpet removals online by chance. Sam the owner I believe was as delightful to deal with as they come. Sam and his team were exceptional. They moved our most precious furniture (mirrored and glass tables and cabinets etc) without one little bit of damage. They also have a purpose built truck for the Warrandyte area which proved very helpful. As an added extra Sam offers interior design advice as to where furniture should be placed! But seriously, if you are moving, particularly in a hilly suburb and love your stuff, you HAVE to use RED CARPET REMOVALS. Wendy and Stuart

I have used these guys a number of times and their work is always first class. They got me out of a jam when I had signed up with 'cheaper' removalists and got the job done! They are more expensive than some removalists, but worth every cent! I have learnt my lesson about going for cheaper and will never make that mistake again.

Huss and Co were great , such hard workers , heavy furniture to come upstairs in very tight staircase , no trouble whatsoever . Nothing was too much trouble had to do a stop on the way drop off furniture pick up some more no problems at all. Took extreme care of all our furniture and did not stop . I would highly recommend the team at Red Carpet Removals

Moving home with out the stress is what Sam promised & that’s what Sam delivered. The speed in which these guys move is incredible. Our whole house was literally empty in 3 hours. They then drive 100kms and unloaded the truck in 2hrs. The whole move was completed in 6.5hrs. The last moving company which moved us in did it in 9HRS and the distance in between the 2 properties was less then 10mins. Red carpet removals we are absolutely grateful and not ti mention not a single scratch to anything. Legends

Our original moving company was that bad we had to sack them after the first load. We then rang red carpet removals whom we got a quote off but didn’t get them because they were a little higher on the price. They came the next day and finished the job and what a difference it was. My god! These guys were twice as quick and so efficient. They even spoke English. Don’t get fooled by the cheaper guys.

Here I go, I wasn’t asked to write up this review but I am just so grateful for what occurred. I Cant thank Red carpet removals enough. I called several moving companies at 2pm in tears after my Removalist company didn’t show up. Some couldn’t help because of the short notice while others weren’t interested. I rang red carpet removals by sheer luck. Sam answered. I still remember his exact words “Don’t panic, life’s full of let downs. If your willing to wait till a few hours will come down and get you moving” You have my word. 5.45pm they did just that, from the minute they arrived I started to breath again. Hus & Sam SNR, Sams older brother we’re absolutely amazing. Nicest most caring guys you could come across. They were done at 10.20pm. 10 mins after they left a delivery guy arrives with pizza which Sam JNR organised. I had forgotten to eat all day because of the dramas. The thought process of his was remarkable. Thank you thank you thank you from the top, middle & bottom of my heart.

My parents used Red carpet removals a couple of weeks ago to move into a retirement village. Sam JR & Sam SNR the brothers were sensitisational. Treated mum & dad as if they were their best own parents. I have so much respect for these 2 guys, very cheerful & just super super helpful. Absolutely the best service I have encountered from any trades people. They even surprised mum with a delivery of flowers 5 days later with a note congratulating them both on a happy settlement. Do yourself a Favour next time you need a Removalist, give Sam a call. I called Red Carpet Removals early in the week to book a Truck, thinking I might struggle due to short notice. This was not a problem for Sam, What a great Team, Sam and Huss “The General” arrived when promised and moved my place in record time on a 39 degree day with a smile. Called Sam last minute about furniture needs to be removed and put on driveway due to ceiling - plaster falling. Sam went out of his way and suggested that he can keep them in storage for me due to bad weather and bring them back when everything was fixed! You could tell straight away that these guys know what their doing. We went out to get coffee & asked them to call us just before they were about to leave to unload at our new place. My situation was a very difficult one. Selling the big family home & moving out to a smallish unit with 2 young children because of a abuse relationship was so stressful. I was given Sam’s number who came very highly recommended by a close girlfriend of mine whom used red carpet removals herself. These guys went above and beyond, everything we asked for was a yes! They even drilled out the washing machine hole which our builder forget to do. Shoes off on carpet & extremely mindful of walls when going upstairs with furniture. Sams communication was first class. He said he would be available 24/7 to answer any enquires i might have. I called him the night before the move at 9pm to ask him about the fridge and he answered on the 2nd ring LOL. Fantastic business, highly recommend to others without a doubt!

They definately are not there to rip you off. All furniture was plastic wrapped so no scratches or damage. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Red carpet removals are my real life hero’s. I got let down last minute by my moving company and was in panic mode at 1pm on Easter Friday. I requested a quote through them but decided to use another company because they were a little cheaper. I rang Sam, whom I’ve read a lot about. This was my 10th move this week over 46 years of marriage. It was from a house we had been in for 16 years. Previously we had 2 packers for 3 days before loading onto a truck at the end of the 3rd day. These guys turned up, 3 of them and in one day we were wrapped and packed very carefully in one day. Love moving with Red Carpet. This is the 3rd time in the past few years that they have made my moving day a totally stress free experience. Huss and Abz helped us this time and they made me feel like nothing was a problem. We rang Red carpet removals for our parents move back in August but we didn't use their service. Biggest mistake we made, our parents move went horribly wrong everything from the Removalist to their truck broke down. Sam rang our parents 2 days after their move to check in on them, which we found quiet strange but his kindness was overwhelming. We moved last week & yes we did use Red carpet removals. The difference was ground to sky, absolute professional service. Our family will never use anyone else.

The daunting downsize, 32 years in our overly sized Kew home moving to an apartment in Brighton was executed to perfection by the Red carpet team. Sam who came out to view the move was very close to the heart. Really put our minds at ease and really passionate. We knew Red Carpet Removals were the ones. His team were magnificent, well mannered very careful and even took shoes off on carpet even though we said it was ok not to. Hats off to you lads.

Sam and his team did an amazing job with our move. They packed everything in our 4 bed house and had all the stuff in the new place within a day! They were really patient and accommodating with our requests, and took great care with our things. With two young kids, the move was a daunting prospect and we were really glad to find such excellent movers. It was hassle and stress free in the end thanks to Sam & team! Red carpet removals came highly recommended through our property manager. We move a lot due to work circumstances and I must say this move wasn't like our previous moves. We stood aside and let the guys take charge. Everything was wrapped & they even pulled beds apart, disconnected our appliances and then put them all back together again. Very professional service that we will now only use.

My mother who recently used Red Carpet Removals told me to book these guys well in advanced because they get booked out very quick! Who listens to their mothers these days. Like usual I left it to the last minute LOL. These guys actually came out at 6pm in the dark. Sam with 2 other movers put on a extraordinary performance. The speed they move in is quite impressive. I don't think I need to recommend them to anyone, the reviews speak for themselves.

Absolute Incredible service by Red carpet removals. Sam came strongly recommended and OMG is he a freak. Sam and his 2 team members whom I must say are just adorable moved our Canterbury home with precision. Nothing troubled these guys, got our fridge out by simply taking the handles off, the previous company actually took the fridge doors off and it has never been the same since. Sam even organised an electrician for us to wall mount our TV. We wouldn't go anywhere else and recommending these guys will be so easy. Thanks a million!!!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Red Carpet Removals was real! I've moved houses on several occasions and have never been so at ease with having my goods transported. I kid you not, these guys arrived and I had not one item packed. My house was left as is, these guys came and cleared out absolutely everything in the smallest amount of time. Not one scratch, not one dint and smiles all day. The new property I moved into was a third of size with steep stairs and shocking entry, yet Sam and his men made it work. If anyone and I repeat anyone is moving home Sam from Red Carpet Removals is the Jesus of the Removalist industry. Sam and his 4 team members moved our Brighton home in mind blowing speed. Out of the 4 companies who quoted us, he was the only one who could guarantee us that they could do it in the one day. My Husband flew to Sydney that morning for a conference came back and they were done. Magnificent effort RCR, highly recommended.

Great effort by the lads and absolutely stocked by our selling agent from Biggin & Scott who refered us to Sam and Red Carpet Removals. Took our TV off the wall, disconnected our washing machine and they shrink wrap all furniture rather then take draws out. 10/10 absolutely stocked, will definitely use and recommend the boys again for any future moves.

30 years living in the same house in Brighton we knew we had a huge move up our sleeves. Sam advised me that he would be sending 2 of his best movers, and I must say I couldn't believe the strength and capabilities of these 2. We originally had 2 moves, our first move was moving several items to storage so we could declutter our home to prepare it for sale. We used a local company, who I might say were an absolute disgrace. They were late, rude and pretty much dragged their feet. I told the guys to take it to my mums place but they knew i really wanted it up and actually carried up 6 flights of stairs for us. Red Carpet Removals came to the rescue at the last minute after I had been let down my another removals company. I had to have my piano transported from my home into a storage facility. They took my call on Sunday evening (9pm) and had someone there for the move at 9am the next morning! From the get go, they were prompt, timely, responsive, professional. Our move last week was the best experience ever! Sam said they would be there at 7am and they were. We had two trucks along with Sam, Hus and Abz and there was no downtime. They loaded with speed and absolute professionalism. We had a one hour drive and they were there 3 minutes after I arrived to unload. What a great experience with Red Carpet Removals. Karl and Alex moved us and were so friendly & polite. We had a very steep driveway in lilydale but it was no problem for RCR! The guys worked hard while taking extreme care with everything they moved. They were very strong, professional and made sure we were happy with everything they were doing. They even helped put together our dinning table and beds we brought from Harvey Norman. Definitely a RED CARPET service. Very impressed and highly recommend to anyone!

We had a large move and were told by friends to and contact Sam from Red carpet removals. He spoke very well and was highly professional and really put my mind to ease. He told me your job is to pick your location and our job is getting you there. Efficient and expert at their jobs, our goods were unloaded and assembled with care and attention to even the smallest detail. We gave Red Carpet Removals a call last month because we had a very large expensive dining table which needed to go upstairs and the Removalist we had booked couldn't get it up without guaranteeing they wouldn't damage the piece or walls. Sam brought 3 guys down and they handled it amazingly well. It was very hot and I was so stressed out but what helped my cause was that all the guys had great attitudes, care humour and really really wanted to get that piece up. I even took a video of the extreme difficulty this was and will popping it on you tube, I can not believe the way they got it up. I have since recommended them to everybody that I have encountered and have been handling out their business cards to anyone who is interested.

Mum used RCR in December 2015 for a local and they were fantastic! They have used Cheaper Removalists and higher priced Removalist before, but nothing compared to this service. Alex and Karl were an absolute pleasure to deal with and everything was done without stress and with high standards. They even got the fridge out the front door, last Removalist had to take the fridge doors off which took for ever. Will be using the RCR again when we move, for sure!

I did a google search for the best furniture Removalist in Melbourne and red carpet removals came up first on the WOMO Website. We were absolutely thrilled with our recent move. The guys were fantastic and so helpful. We didn't have to lift a finger. Nothing was damaged and everything was put back exactly were we wanted. I've been following Red carpet removals on Instagram and found them to be very good at what they do and are always positive and really seem to have excellent customer service. We had lots of boxes and heavy furniture to be moved from our rental property to our new home. We just wanted a company that would make it easy for us because it was our first home. Red carpet removals went above and beyond they even mounted in the dryer for us on the wall and helped put the washing machine and beds together. We used Red carpet removals for our relocation from Point Cook to Berwick. Went with their premium service which included packing and moving. Settlement on both properties were on the same day so I was really nervous in the lead up. The guys came out on Monday pre packed everything and then came back Tuesday 6am with 2 trucks, our entire home was packed up by 11am. So impressed by these hard working very polite guys. I would strongly recommend RCR for anyone wanting a stress free move.

The RCR team moved our 2 bedroom apartment in St Kilda. I must say i knew it was going to be a difficult move because the previous company had trouble navigating endless steps with large items. The guys at Red Carpet Removals did not, they used different techniques and angled the pieces well in getting them out. I would highly recommend the guys at Red carpet removals. Extremely hard working even in the heat and very friendly. They did not complain once and I was like the water girl every 15 mins offering water and icy poles because of the extreme heat. I cannot thank you highly enough for your efforts and the amount of stress you took off my shoulders. We usually move ourselves but my husband hurt his back at work. Sam and Alex arrived on time and even gave a courtesy call when they were on their way. They arrived introduced themselves assessed the load gave the nod to one another and got straight into it. Very friendly guys and obviously highly experienced movers, very light on their feet, made moving a 5 bedroom look very simple. We we're worried about the amount of glass and delicate objects in which we had but the boys took great care. Pretty much loaded a huge truck without any damage or breakages. Upon arrival at my new house I tried to give a Sam a map of the house to make life easier, Sam replied "Steve i navigated my way through my wife's heart your house is a piece of cake" found that so funny. I give the highest recommendation to Red Carpet Removals and only wish others to use theirs services because moving is very stressful.

I Used Red Carpet Removals last Friday for a interstate move from a 2 bedroom unit in Hawthorn VIC to Brighton Le Sands NSW. I cannot applaud this company and their staff enough. Uplift on Friday afternoon and dropped off Saturday 7am in the morning. I didn't believe when they told us they'd be this quick. They are friendly, efficient and so careful with all our artwork and furniture. Their prices were a little higher then most companies but with service like this I totally understand why. Red carpet is the best. I had read all reviews and decided I'd see if it was all true what others had raved about, as I'd never had a good experience with a removals company. Their service is 11 out of 10. We was unsure of an exact date for handover of our new home and once told we booked in with little notice and not to mention Xmas week. At last moment we heard we could move in a day earlier and they happily changed date. They booked in for 9 and was there by 9. Huss and Abz took care of our possessions like it was their own. In the new place they had to get the fridge upstairs and not a word of complaint was made in what was a difficult task. The small touches make a stressful time easy with Red Carpet removals, the boys Even insisted on setting up the washing machine. Red carpet is the only company you need to call. I'm a hard reviewer only because I have had some terrible experiences with Removalist companies, but here it goes. I used Red Carpet Removals back in May to move our large house hold into storage. I booked them again last week to move us into our newly renovated home in Point Cook. I waited till the second leg to review them because I wanted to see how all our furniture would look like out of storage. I was quite impressed not a mark not a scratch mattresses all covered up. We have now found a good Melbourne Removalist that we can now recommend to our family and friends. On both occasions they were professional, friendly, fast, and competent. The movers showed up on time and to my surprise were really nice guys to talk to. I found the overall service of this company to be excellent. I would use them again and again.

16/12/2015 mjf3049 I had not had need of removal companies until six months ago (July 2015). Sadly I picked the wrong company; furniture scratched, camera still not found, poor care taken of everything. I needed a removal company again in November 2015. Not making the same mistake again by just picking 'local', I studied up on eight companies. Cost was a factor however so was care and professional workers. Of the eight companies and comparing all aspects of the move, I could not go passed Sam from Red Carpet Removals. He was immediately helpful, friendly, understanding of my complicated needs and solved everything in one phone call. On the day of the move two terrific men, Hassan and Alex came with their eight tonne truck and began what was to be a very complicated jigsaw puzzle of a move. They were just fantastic. They made me feel very spoiled, as they tediously but carefully waded their way through my past, present and future, until they could fit no more into the truck (just some minor items). Not once did they despair, Hassan, keeping a close eye on every item and which property it was to end up at. Both Hassan and Alex instilled confidence and calm in me. Nothing was too much for them. My hubby and I recently moved to our brand new built home and Red carpet removals has done an amazing job to help our move. They understand our stress, they did not make any dents or scratches on the wall nor the floor. Every time, they passed my long hall, they were slow and attentive and they laid a carpet too. They were punctual, polite and very helpful. Huss and Alex did not complain even though it was a hot day and always had a smile with them. Their company also answered my queries late at night too. I am thrilled and pleased with their services and would high recommending this company to anyone who is moving.

Best we have used in Melbourne by far, we recently moved house, and were very very happy with the service and amount of care Red Carpet Removals provided. Our biggest concern was our newly polished floors but the boys rolled out Red carpet runners to protect them. They even put bolts in the back of our washing machine which protects the drum from damaging, previous companies have never done this before. Huss and Jordan worked well together and were very friendly. Their attitude made the day a very pleasant one. I will recommend you guys to all our friends when they move.

Used Red Carpet Removals for a last minute move after our original company we booked 3 weeks in advance didn't show up. They shrink wrap white goods and use padding on everything. Very impressed and will use again, nothing was damaged. Their hourly rate was slightly higher but they got the job done in good time so all in all we saved money.

Don't go anywhere else! Sam and Jordan were just fantastic. Really professional, efficient and nothing was too much trouble - although I'm sure that Sam doesn't want to meet our monster antique sideboard ever again! They went to 3 different Melbourne pick up locations before we got to the final destination in the country and worked solidly to get everything in and most importantly where we wanted it. Total bill half the price of the big movers so I'll never use anyone else from now on. Give them a call they're the best I've ever used in Melbourne. Above and beyond, 5 stars service from Sam & Huss. I booked RCR in for my November move back in August because I knew that they get booked out quick. The boys were lovely really respectful and not like other rough Removalist we've used in the past. Everything was placed where I wanted them and Sam even helped me decide how I should set my lounge room up. "Testimonial from the bottom of my Heart" Our relocation yesterday was a very difficult one but thank god we had RCR on our side. We had to move two 1 bedrooms apartments both of them with stairs "Toorak & Lilydale" into a 2 bedroom apartment with 4 flights of stairs in St Kilda,VIC. Sam organised a big enough vehicle so that we could get both apartments on the same truck and spoke with the building manager in relation to time slots which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Huss and Alex worked 10 hours non stop in order to meet deadlines, they were Absolute machines and tipping them was the least we could do. I can't thank you guys enough, stars in my eyes and really your professionalism is of very high standards.

We used Red Carpet Removals for a very large house move Tuesday. We chose them because of very high recommendations from a work colleague who claimed that they were the best in handling big moves. Ours was a very difficult move with large furniture and very narrow hallways in Richmond. I was blown away with the execution and speed of the move. The guys came in assessed and got on with the move. All our fabric furniture was placed in protective bags. The last company who moved us in we're terrible and they dragged most of our furniture because they were to heavy. Great service provided all done with a great smile. Will definitely use again.

Ok here it goes, I originally obtained a quote from Red Carpet Removals but decided not to go with them because I was price shopping for the cheapest quote. I booked another company a week in advance but they decided to ring me the night before to say they couldn't do our move because their truck was broken down. So unprofessional and had very little remorse "these things happen the guy says" So at 6am I rang Sam up and he goes don't explain I know what's happened and we can get you in on short notice. I had to be out of the property by 3pm and they delivered. Sam your a lifesaver just a genuinely caring guy who really is very passionate and got me through a tough situation. Red Carpet Removals was referred to us by our agent who sold our house. Our first move in 31 years and the amount of stuff we had to move was very overwhelming. Sam came out to see us through the process because I was terrified with the whole moving process "Downsizing" Sam was fantastic such a smooth talker, put my mind to ease and even brought me a box of chocolates "A way to a woman's heart" He sent out 4 guys and 2 trucks and they were the friendliest and most professional guys we've dealt with. On move day the first thing the guys did when they arrived was introduce themselves which gave me a direct connection with them and really made me feel at ease. I was really impressed with some of their techniques they used in getting certain pieces out the door without leaving marks because it was a rental property and didn't won't to lose my bond. Overall it was really a stress free experience. The service was very professional and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

They worked tirelessly, non stop for over 10 hours to make sure everything was completed in the day, including dismantling a trampoline and installing everything into our new home. We Have not stopped telling everyone how great our experience was with you guys. Don't know how these guys do this everyday. Red Carpet Removals came recommended through our neighbour which used then not long ago in Wallan. Hus and his side kick were very fast movers but in saying this, they really took cautious with every item they moved. Once bitten twice shy, last time we moved my husband booked a Removalist company purely based on price "Cheapest" which turned out to be a nightmare. This time I decided to find one myself and really had time to research different Removalist companies and prices. Found that most of the cheaper ones really had bad ratings so I decided to choose Red Carpet Removals who were medium priced but with glowing reviews. They weren't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. Unbelievable how quick these boys move, the weight they can carry and how careful they where with our furniture was incredible. Great service from the 2 lads from Red Carpet Removals. Problem solving specialist I must say. Our furniture wasn't the standard IKEA stuff and were mostly handmade Red Gum and very awkward pieces. I was really worried about The thought of moving this time. Working full time and trying to juggle a family at the same time isn't easy. I got 3 in house quotes and even though Red Carpet Removals weren't the cheapest I found that Sam really understood my needs and promised that he would came out and be part of the move himself which i found a bonus because he really is a perfectionist like myself. Red Carpet Removals were awesome! Sam and Adam were extremely pleasant to deal with and worked very hard to get me moved. I shifted on the 15/5/2015 into a very difficult apartment building which required the guys to walk several hundred metres away to get to their truck. They took exceptional care of my belongings and did a fantastic job. Most companies were asking for photos and we're charging extreme high rates because of the access difficulties. All star performance, the young fellows came pumped on a Monday morning and really shredded this move. Local 5 bedroom move within Camberwell, 2 movers loaded their Large truck with furniture and the other 2 movers loaded their smaller truck boxes. WOW what a team, worked under pretty much no supervision at all. It was all done within 6.5 hrs. The last company who moved us in did it in 14hrs and didn't leave our place till 9-30pm, it was no disorganised. Sam thanks for coming out and viewing the job. We used Red Carpet Removals this morning to relocate us from our Preston townhouse to an apartment in Malvern. We were really pleased with the work ethics shown by Marcello and Jordan. The guys took great care with all our possessions and everything ran smoothly from start to end. We had a wall unit to get into our apartment that wouldn't go through the doors. We recently used Red Carpet Removals for our move from Altona to Berwick and i must say these guys are nothing short of masters. We had issues with settlements dates because both properties were being settled on the same day. Sam kept telling us not to stress and that we will be moved on time even if it meant him bringing 10 guys on the move. Communication skills were exemplary. All the guys were punctual, professional and very approachable.I must say that they really went out of their way to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Extremely happy with Sam & Marco today. They handled everything with extreme care and really showed passion in what they do. Our last move was the complete opposite. It cost us less per hour but we had to pay $480 in repair bills for our leather couches. The move was actually more expensive then the valet service provided by Red carpet removals today. I've used Red Carpet Removals on 2 occasions. The removalists are always nice and friendly. The truck is always on time and ETA is always sent through the morning. Two guys from Red Carpet Removals actually helped my sister and I change our tyre on the side of the road near Albury NSW around 6 months ago. That's how we got to know of their service. Our recent move with Red carpet removals was a stress free one. We were moving our 3 bedroom home from Camberwell to Thomastown. Red Carpet Removals you guys are guns. Our so called Removalist company could not get our glass dinning table through the front door so they left it in our garage. If i only i knew that their was a god send called Red carpet Removals. Our property manager gave us their contact details and we called them straight away. When I rang up and spoke with Sam initially I had concerns because our last move in 2007 from a another reputable company was a complete disaster. He told me "Jade don't worry were full time professional movers and don't sell popcorn on the weekend" which I found hilarious. I absolutely admired Sam's attitude and his passion was what made me choose Red Carpet Removals. On move day Adam and Huss service was exceptional. Pretty much provided us with a valet service. They put our beds together, reconnected our washing machine even helped with all the wiring connections for the tv setup. Stress free day with great guys what more could you ask for.

These guys were awesome, extremely clever problem solvers.When I moved in last time it took another company 12 hours with less stuff, these guys did it in under 9. They had a saw in the truck and cut off a few of the over hanging branches so that they could get better access instead of wasting time unloading from the road "SMART MOVERS". I've had cheap Removalist in the past and they gave me nothing but headaches. Choosing Red Carpet Removals from their reviews was a god gift, they gave us a stress fee move. Even though they charged more by the hour the move itself managed to cost me a little less then what the last company charged us. Quality move will give you guys 5 stars and a big shout out for sure

Excellent service! They went above and beyond what I would consider to be reasonable. I strongly recommend them. They turned up at the agreed time, were friendly, they moved at a brisk pace while being careful with our belongings. We asked Red Carpet to move us locally. After drilling them on service, coming prepared for a big move and expectations they called on approach with an EXACT ETA and made this move amazingly better than our previous one 4 weeks before when we moved into storage. Losing hubby 12 months ago was a very hard situation to deal with. We planned to move to Ballarat but cancer got the best of him. January 15 of this year I went on an online search to find a furniture removalist that would relocate my son and I stress free because hubby was no longer around to hire us a truck to do it ourselves. I spoke with Sam from Red Carpet Removals and he agreed to come to our home in Essendon to quote the move and talk us through the procedure. Sam's customer service was fantastic. They knew how desperate I was to move out and did not over charge me, all other companies were charging double to triple my original quote because they knew I was desperate.Very honest company, I could tell from the first moment I made contact. We didn't actually use Red Carpet Removals but our elderly neighbors the Jones did. My husband and i were helping Harold and Ada the morning of the move in getting the last a few boxes packed before the movers arrived. All i can say is Wow.... These guys were fantastic and we can't recommend them highly enough. Everything went so smoothly. The Move wasn't a big one but it required lots of attention as the couple are over 80 years old. Red Carpet Removals you guys deserve a medal "No Doubt" real life superheros. Some of the nicest and caring young men i have came across.

We had heard nothing but great reviews about Red Carpet removals and so we decided to use their services last week from Altona to Berwick. Having moved 3 times in the past 15 years, this was by far the most enjoyable move. The two guys that showed up, Sam and Adam were so funny and very enjoyable to be around. These guys are class, fast and experts with glass. We moved our city salon last week because we needed to up grade to a bigger facility in Camberwell. They moved us after hours and they were just the most nicest guys you'd ever meet. Thanks to The guys who moved us from Red Carpet Removals for what was a professional and very efficient move. Tricky stairs, awkward furniture and narrow halls were no obstacle. Despite rain they were speedy yet incredibly careful. Not planning on moving again anytime soon but if I do, i will definitely be using Red Carpet Removals. Our move on Thursday went as smooth as a baby's bottom. The two removalists were absolutely brilliant, they were very professional and were very well spoken. They worked non-stop from the time they arrived until we were all unpacked on the other end. They were wonderful and even though we gave them the impossible task of pulling apart my hydraulic bed and then putting it back together on the other end they did it with ease. Used Red Carpet Removals to move us last Sunday and we are so glad we did. Choosing a Removalist is like going on a blind date you just don't know what to expect until they arrive. "Been on a few of those lol" On the move day Sam and Adam arrived on time and we're very punctual and I straight away felt a sense of relieve. I was so impressed with some of their techniques, very clever young men. When we arrived at my new house some of the furniture barley fit through the door, so they took it off and put it back on after the move. Adam and Huss moved us from The Basin to Ferntree Gully last week and they handled this job with like true gentleman. They moved a king size bed base down stairs which we could not believe because the last removalist had to hire a crane to bring it over the balcony which cost us a Sh** load of money. They were prompt, great and fun to deal with. Nothing was damaged or marked and the packing of the truck was remarkable, How they fitted everything in was amazing. Adam and Huss from Red Carpet Removals were so awesome. The experience was one that we would wish upon anyone. I will detail the review so that anyone wanting a Red Carpet service knows what their getting. The booking process was so simple and easy, in 3 minutes we were booked in.On Moving day the guys rung us with a ETA. My possessions were wrapped so nice and neat in the back of the truck. The loading of the truck was so relaxed and easy that hubby and i actually had a little nap because we were so exhausted from packing the night before. Wow. I was in disbelief when I saw the guys get a heavy sofa over a third level balcony!!! I rang up another removal company the day before and gave them the measurements and they just outright said "no, can't be done". I was so disappointed but then the next day I googled over the balcony and Red Carpet came up. I called Sam and texted him some photos of the house and he got back to me within 5 minutes saying it could be done :) And they're such friendly guys, it's always good to have a job done by people who actually smile. Very Impressed would not hesitate for a second to recommend them.

By far the best Removalist we have used by a long shot. Sam & Adam were polite, punctual, quick and down to earth nice guys. They put up with my unusual request and bent over backwards to accommodate for us. Plan was to move only the bigger items but we ended up moving the smaller stuff as well because they were just bloody quick. Nothing was to difficult or phased them at all, I would highly recommend Red carpet removals without a moments hesitation.

This story is a classic, I still can't believe how this has worked out. I rang Red Carpet Removals because our removal company sent us a text message at 5am telling us they double booked our job. Sam and Tony arrived at our 5 bedroom property with trolleys, Skateboards, bubble wrap and one big truck. They asked me where all the furniture was, I replied we're renovating we don't live here and by the way aren't you guys red carpet removals don't you guys remove and dispose of carpet. Sam replied we specialise in Furniture Removals, BUT while we're here and being former handy men we might as well do the job. By golly they did a great job no marks on the floorboards what so ever. These guys don't muck about, the previous movers we used 2 years ago were terrible not to mention had cigarette breaks every 30min while the clock was running. An impressive performance from the 2 lads who helped us move last week. Our move contained your normal household items besides a very fragile crystal cabinet whom was given to me by mother in law. These guys were fantastic and took care of my furniture when moving extremely well. I had a big oversized 3 seater sofa bed that was hard to manoeuvre through the door/lift/down the stairs, but they did a brilliant job - it was like watching a real live tetris game. I was being a bit fickle with where my furniture was placed at the other end, and they were accommodating with moving it around just the way I needed it to be. These guys were quick and didn't dawdle around which is what you need in a removalist company. Very happy and will use these guys again.

We are so satisfied with Adam and Abz from Red Carpet Removals. The guys completed a partial move for us on Friday with various stops along the way to our new place. They were always smiling and the energy throughout the day was terrific. The 2nd part and more difficult leg of our move is on Sunday and I'm confident that these guys will blitz it. Being married for 25 years my ex husband would always organise removalist when we needed to move. After our spilt i done lots of research before hand in choosing a removals company to move me and my 2 kids out from our ex family home. As soon as i spoke to Sam from Red Carpet Removals i knew that they weren't going to take advantage of my situation. Sam sent out 3 Guys out on monday to pack all my belongings in boxes and then sent 2 guys out the next day to move us into our new unit. I can honestly say that these guys are respectful,honest and well mannered guys very down to earth and to top it off my kids were so comfortable around them. Unfortunately I had an incident recently where the removalist I booked did not show up for the job. I called several companies to try and find a replacement and Sam was quick, understanding and very helpful. He contacted a member of his team immediately and within 90 minutes, I had a removalist at the door and getting the job done. I am so relieved that Red Carpet Removals were able to help me out of the jam, and were so speedy, efficient and reliable.

I had 2 people maage my move fro a country house to an inner city townhouse, with two flights of stairs and no lift. There was also another internal flight of stairs. They did a terrific job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Moved out of a 16sq double storey townhouse to a bigger single storey home. 4.5 hour job, the removalists did a fab job with getting all of our things there safely and in great condition. A little disappointed that the floors in both homes were dirtied with muddy grassy boots, but this was taken into consideration in the final payment and an appropriate discount to cover steam cleaning was applied. Much appreciated. Thank you very much Sam.

it's a very stressful thing moving your belongings and your life to another location. Thanks guys for a very stress free move we couldn't of done it without you. Used The Services of Red Carpet Removals to move our commercial fridge from our Cafe in Elwood to be dropped at our new premises in Hampton. These Guys asked me for measurement before they came down, supplied me with a truck with a huge tail lifter and in 5 min had this huge fridge on the back of there truck. I was stressing out because the companies that came before them had no idea. 1 Company sent a truck down with a small tall lifter and the 2nd company sent a truck down with a slide on ramp "NO CLUE" They told me not to stress and that's exactly what i did. Thanks Guys could not have done it with you's.

The 5 guys from Red Carpet Removals just left our Home with their 2 big trucks and honestly I couldn't wait to review them. Being a single mum of 3 and trying to relocate is a very scary task. We knew our move was going to be a difficult one because we were coming 3 stories down without lift access. Even though it wasn't a large move their was big pieces that had to come down. Out of the 4 companies we contacted Red Carpet Removals and they were the only ones who would come out and quote the job, all the companies we called were charging unreasonable hourly rates because the reckoned our St Kilda and Brunswick properties had difficult access and entry. Red Carpet Removals did the job and they were nothing but excellent. They did not complain about a single thing in and out in no time. Their original quote was 6-7 hours but it took them 5.5 hours but I was so impressed with these young gentlemen, we still payed them for the 7 hours. I personally rang to thank the company on the 9/4/2014 and we highly praised the gentlemen they sent us. Having review companies like WOMO is such a great idea.

OMG Red Carpet Removals you guys are lifesavers. My original movers that I booked 1 month ago in advance rang us up this morning and told us they couldn't move us today because of the heavy rain and wanted to do it tomorrow instead. Today was our settlement so that was out of the question. By chance I found Red Carpet Removals on Google and they told me they would send a truck over ASAP, & they did. They just left our place now and believe it or not it's 9pm. I will not only recommend you guys, but I'm going to take those flyers you guys gave me and while I walk my dogs in the morning I'm going to drop them in every house in Hawthorn LOL. I had a booked 3 guys today at 8am and no jokes at 7.50am they had there truck opened and ready to go. Sam and team I can't thank you enough, my wife had been stressed out for weeks leading to this move. She couldn't believe how you guys got that dining table out those doors without taking it apart. I used Red Carpet Removals to shift a few large items of furniture to 2 different locations. The overall experience was fantastic and they were happy to do a stopover.
