Diamond steam cleaning was the best cleaning service that I’ve used. Unfortunately the apartment that I’m renting at the moment has cream carpets. Which over the course of time I had spelt drinks, foods, makeup products like foundation and eyelash glue all over living room area space, as well as in the bedroom. It also doesn’t help the fact that I have an extremely fluffy and determine rage doll who trends to drag in muck from outside into my ridiculously hard to clean cream carpets. On the day I had booked dinner reservation last minute and I was crunch on time to meet up with friends. In the end the cleaning process only took 15 mins max and I was out the door on time. My carpets has never been so clean. I would highly recommend them and look forward to continuing to use their services in the future. Thanks again Diamond steam clean.

Diamond Steam Cleaning came out to steam clean a light coloured couch and it came up completely stain free. Coffee, pen marks and even a paint stain - all gone! Dimitrios is very knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in his work. It would have been better value if I did more furniture and carpets at the same time, rather than just one couch. Text communications are very helpful and booking was easy. The only thing that would have been helpful was if they accepted credit cards but cash or bank transfer worked fine.

We had Dimitrios clean our couch today. He was right on time and so friendly. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We had quite a few small stains which I was no help as to what they were from and he still managed to get them all out! He didn’t charge us any extra for that and also did our rug for free! They smell very fresh and look like new. VERY happy and will definitely be using him over anyone else moving forward.

My carpets were very stained over time and to be honest it was without one stain after he had finished. Great timing also only took a short while which was good for me. COMPLETELY RECOMMEND- THE BEST! I called Diamond after reading other reviews and in an panicked emergency! I spilled olive oil on a friend's designer light grey fabric couch and it left the worst stain. When I tried to fix it myself (even after googling how to treat oil stains), it dried and made it worse. I was devastated and so worried, especially as a couple of days had passed. Veronica of Diamond cleaning was a wonderful and very responsive and professional (and kind) communicator and they really were dedicated at making timing work around our schedule, including coming so late at 7pm. They are extremely no fuss and get the job done. 100% reliable. Of course, in little time they fixed the stain completely! Dimitri is professional and very kind, giving us good tips for such stains in future. I believe Diamond are very reasonably priced and infinitely more reasonable than other places I contacted who had the attitude of "we don't treat the stain we just do steam clean of whole couch and hope for the best". Diamond are really dedicated and aren't just about taking your fees, they are honest and seem so skills oriented. I will 100% use them again for any of our possessions or furniture that need special treatment, definitely. Glad to have found them. Thanks Diamond! Honestly, a life saver! :D

Dimitri cleaned my father's stained carpet and sofa. There was an area on the carpet that had accumulated some mould under the window. He has done an excellent job. The carpet looks so clean and not a stain to be seen. As for the mould area, you would never have known it was there. The sofa looks very good also. From my first point of contact with Veronika to Dimitri coming out to clean, I found their service was excellent. Very polite, friendly and professional. I don't think there's anything I could critique to make the service better. Dimitri is extremely polite and respectful in the home. It is clear he is very hardworking. Veronica also is always professional, polite and efficient taking bookings and payments. The quality of Dimitri's hard work is WOW. It is very clean and he has found a way to make my toughest and oldest stains disappear to where you'd never know they were there. I don't like using harsh chemicals around children and pets and they use organic cleaning supplies routinely. On top of this, their prices are very reasonable. They've got a lifelong customer in me and I happily recommend to others.

I needed a last-minute end-of-lease steam cleaning done and wanted to find someone reliable and affordable. Found some reviews on here and gave them a call. They came out the very next day and had no problems booking last-minute. They were on time and the price the quoted me was exactly the price they charged. They didn't charge more after the job was done. They removed some stains the previous tenants left, even though I said there weren't stains because they didn't really need to be removed, and they did it anyway, leaving the carpets looking spick and span! They were lovely, friendly and actually cared enough to do a good job! I will be using them again if I need a steam cleaner in the future. So happy I went with them.

We were referred Dimitri by a friend for the steam cleaning of the carpet and curtains at our house which is fairly big. Both Dimitri and Veronica were thoroughly professional and a real pleasure to deal with. Dimitri knows his trade and delivers outstanding result. We recommend him very very highly.

Dimitri did an excellent job. He worked as a security guard until 4.30am the previous night and then got up 7.30am this morning, yet maintained very good professionalism. This man is dedicated! The price for professionally steam cleaning my mattress was only $50. So I can highly recommend Diamond Steam Cleaning!

The day before we were about to move into a rental property we realised that the carpets hadn't been cleaned. I rang Diamond Steam Cleaning and Veronica was able to organise the clean for 6:30pm that evening. Dimitri was wonderful. He had a good look at the carpets then got to work. The carpets look and smell much better. I would definitely use these guys again. Both Veronica and Dimitri were very friendly and professional and I felt the rates were very reasonable ($150 for 4 bedrooms and a large living area that had a lot of ingrained dirt and stains).

I've been waiting to find a steam cleaner who can clean carpets properly! Not only was their service reliable. ( I was never left wondering, "where are they?") But the machine power was set to maximum using the most detergent which resulted in clean carpets. So happy I am booking him to come around every six months. so i will see him again in Oct. p.s. I rang him after another steam cleaner failed to remove a fresh coffee stain! All stains are now gone.

I had a steam clean & sanitize to my whole house, and also had candle wax stains removed. My cleaner Dimitri was so kind he even helped me move my fridge down one flight of stairs before starting the clean. he was friendly and so quick, the quoted over the phone but realised it was a bigger living space when they arrived but only charged an extra $10, still cheaper than any other carpet cleaning company I came across,very happy with their work reccomend them highly!!

Needed to steam clean a carpet of an old two-storey townhouse which had already been in poor condition when I moved in. The end result was heaps better than expected - The carpet looked like it was brand new! The staff are very friendly, professional and arrived on time as well. Great job guys!
