Masterclass have recently cleaned all the carpets in the house, and also the tiles on the ground floor. The carpets had not been properly cleaned for 10 years, and the tiles had not been deep cleaned for much longer than that. They did a terrific job which was very good value for money. Highly recommend them.

Our house had a water leak issue that has been inefficiently restored by another business here in Adelaide. We informed our insurance company and they recommended Masterclass. Tony and his team arrived quickly with proper equipment, moisture detector and thermal imaging camera and does a great job. They locate the leak and removed the mould from pre- existing damage. We would happily recommend Master Class Carpet Cleaning. We had Tony come out and he was a professional at his trade. Not only was he on time for his first appointment but when he expected to be early for the next one he called us to see if that was ok! He cleaned up a shower leakage that wet our master bedroom under our insurance claim. Follow his instructions and leave the humidifiers running and he will take care of the rest. With short notice, MasterClass Carpet Cleaning team came to clean my old dirty carpet. Was very much impressed with the cleaning result. They spent extra miles to remove the stains that others has previously attempted but no luck. While they were here, I also had them clean my kitchen tiles and the result is amazing. We have very old vinyl floors that were generally stained, worn, dirty and very difficult to keep clean. Masterclass came in and performed a miracle! The vinyl looks amazing and will now be so much easier to keep clean. The owner is very honest and genuine and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Just overall great service. We came home from work to discover our house full of water after a water pipe burst in our bathroom. We called Tony around 6.00-630pm on a Thursday night. Tony came to our house in quick time and got to action immediately, even helping me carry out heavy furniture to a dry area. Tony went about soaking up all the water and placed equipment throughout the house to speed up the drying process. Tony went on to visit my house over the next 4-5 days to ensure that the equipment was working well and also to ensure that we didn't need to use it any longer than necessary, therefore reducing the overall cost. My insurance company made special mention that the quick action of Tony saved my house from a lot of additional damage. We appreciated all your help Tony, especially given the trying circumstances we were in at the time.

I arranged for Cleaning of carpets, curtains and hard floor services, including slate, after a tenant moved out. Masterclass were on time, had a great range of equipment and were prepared to come to our place which is well outside the CBD. The results were excellent and we will use them again for other properties.

My slate was cleaned and resealed. Even I was surprised at how good it looks. They were as concerned about the end result as I was and I would recommend Master Class to anyone with confidence. I have also booked them to come back and clean rugs, lounge and dining room seats.

Blocked down-pipe resulting in water running into the cavity wall and flooding an entertainment room. Tony arrived within two hours of my distressed call and promptly began extracting the water from the carpet and setting up several air blowers/dehumidifiers to dry out the concrete slab and wall cavity. As we were embarking on a holiday the following morning Tony generously offered to call in daily to monitor the moisture levels and advise us of its progress. I found Tony to be a very honest, experienced and knowledgeable tradesperson/consultant in water extraction and carpet cleaning methods and highly recommend his services. I had these guys dry out my house due to a burst pipe in the celling. My gyprock walls were soaked kitchen cupboards carpet in the lounge. Large percentage of the house was flooded and these guys went above and beyond to reduce my heart ache. Tony and his workers 100%

We have used various other carpet cleaning companies in the past but the service we received from Master class carpet cleaning was just amazing. The level of service and the different cleaning processes they used to clean our carpet was extremely impressive, these guys really care about their customers. Needless to say our carpet now looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the service. Before we moved into our new home, Tony not only cleaned and carpets and tiles but re-stretched the rippling carpets in every room. He did an amazing job at a reasonable price and was very accommodating to complete our job before our furniture arrived. We have even had Tony back since to clean up the mess the removalists made. Extremely happy with the service provided, would highly recommend.

We used the services of Master Class Carpet Cleaning for the carpet cleaning of our rental property that we recently moved out of. Had water damage to bedroom carpet due to overflow from laundry. Tony deserves every star and dollar. Professional, courteous and friendly service. He replaced the underlay and re-laid the carpet after having dried the area. Helped with other areas of concern which were not connected to the job. Would not hesitate to call him again.
