Outstanding service. From emails, comms via telephone, quote in person to install. Andrew and his apprentice were very professional. Had 12 cameras installed. Job is very neat and the boys were very tidy. Found them both to very courteous. Andrew has been on speed dial since, answering all of my stupid questions. Even over Xmas he helps me through my tech deficiency moments and is more than happy to assist. Highly recommend Pacific Security Group for all of your security camera needs.

With two AI cameras installed recently, the installation was perfect and neat. The cameras had tiny issues at the beginning, but the supplier came and fixed everything with two days. Pre-communication, engagement and after service is outstanding. I will highly recommend Pacific to guard your house!

I am writing this to express a thankyou to Andrew from Pacific Security Group for coming out to do a quote on security camera setup for our house. Andrew had made the process a easy transaction the first time at meeting him at the door and going thru the whole process with ease. His knowledge of the product and what is needed to do made it very easy for myself and my wife to understand. It was nice to have someone talk to us as a person and not just another number on the list to see. We have had other companies come out and quote but there service has nothing on what Andrew has to offer with his knowledge and great personality and getting the best price for us. It was also nice to have Andrew ask what we wanted and go thru it instead of just shown pictures of the product.  I would also like to say that on the day that Andrew installed the cameras he was very professional attitude with the work he had to do and would also like to mention Kylie for her professional approach when talking to us with regards to the quote and pleasant  pesonality and have no problem recommending Andrew and Kylie from Pacific Security Group for the service that you they provide.  Thanks Nigel and Tammy Kemp

PSG did a wonderful job in providing the correct system to suit my budget. Right from the beginning when I was planning to install CCTV in my premises, Pacific Contro Group gave me technical proposal to suit my budget and explained all my queries. Andrew did a thoroughly professional job and spent a lot of timewhile installing the cameras and the hardware and explaining the intricacies of the system. He also set up the remote view in 2 of our devices so that we can remotelly watch the CCTV images from anywhere and we are extremelly pleased with the outcome. Their customer service and attention to details was well appreciated by me and my wife. I have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who is consiering installation of security system in their premises.

Our CCTV installation went without a hitch. The install was neater than we expected. There was a problem with the Hard Drive and Paul replaced it the same day out of hours. We were very impressed with the level of service we received.

I was referred to Pacific Security Group when we moved into a new premises and our previous security provider could not assist us. It was a blessing as our experience with PSG has been nothing but positive since the very first phone call. Helpful, prompt and friendly, they have been a delight to do business with and if only all our suppliers were so efficient, running a business would be a lot easier! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I called a number of potential suppliers before being referred to them and was immediately impressed with their proactive and helpful approach. While I was waiting for other companies to call me back, they already had a system installed and running for us. I receive weekly open and close reports which helps me track my operations. I encourage people to sidestep the large brand names that offer only that - just a brand - and absolutely no service behind it. 10 out of 10 for these guys!

The team are always very responsive with any changes or few problems that I have had with my system. I installed a wireless system 4 years ago and am very happy with the continual service provided by Kylie & Tracy. They are a small business focused on quality service and customer satisfaction. I feel very confident knowing that my home is in secure hands and I will be contacted immediately if there are any alarm activations or issues.

Kylie and her team at Pacific Security Group are friendly and efficient. We have been using the services from them since 2007 when we install our home alarm system in our first house. We recently got the Team at Pacific Security Group to install our home alarm at our new house and the experience with them is great as predicted. We recently had some issue with random act from teenager and Kylie is helpful in helping us out with security materials. Highly recommended!

We are a commercial premisis and switched to Pacific security years ago for our alarm system and CCTV and monitoring after bad experiences with other companies. We recently had repairs due to major storm damage and also an upgrade, Communication and understanding of our business needs by Kylie and her team was exelent as always, repairs were completed quickly and Shane the Tech gave excellent advice, understood our needs without overkill, and acheived my goals for remote viewing etc. I am now looking at my residential property and would highly reccomend them.

They took the time to explain what we were getting & how it all worked. Our security system is monitored by them as well & they are on the ball & very good to deal with over the phone.

I'd called 6 other companies before you and instantly felt that you listened and cared. Reliability is hard to come by these days & you were very forthcoming in advice and the right price. You took the stress out of searching for a security alarm with a medical pendant. I cannot thank you enough.

Pacific Security Group installed a new board for me and replaced a couple of my sensors, I also had a new sensor installed to protect the board. I cannot express my gratitude to Kylie and all of her staff for helping me to feel safe and secure in my home. Pacific Security Group also look after my back to base monitoring, so I know my home is being looked after even when I'm not there. Thank you Pacific Security.

We've had our home alarm and cameras in for a few months now. Couldn't fault workmanship or product quality. I can see my cameras on my mobile phone. They did a good job. Very honest and priced well.
