I have known Bruce for almost 20 years. Bruce had made it very easy for me back then to purchase my first home and now with the help of Madeleine, they both have helped to refinance my mortgage.
They made the whole process so easy and smooth, that I felt supported and comfortable in the knowledge that the advice given is in my best interest. Bruce was very clear and straight up with all options that were available for me.

Loanscape do a great job. Trustworthy, friendly and hardworking, Bruce goes the extra mile to get good value for his clients in a way that aligns with their goals. We wanted to pursue loans with banks that have strong ethical guidelines and good loan offset facilities and Bruce was able to provide us with several good options. Where he felt that alternatives might have been appropriate (even if it meant giving us advice that would make him less money!) he would do let us know.
