Michael was punctual, got the job done efficiently with a big smile on his face. The installation was done at my investment property. I was 30 mins late at the end to check the work and pay him due to traffic. Michael didn't mind at all, greeted me with a big smile, and walked me through the installation and advised me on maintenance of the aircon unit. It was my great pleasure to know him, I know who to call for future aircon work now. Thanks Michael.

Great attention to details. Requested all info required for install, communicated all required components and costs. It was bucketing down when Mick came for the install. He worked it out to start from inside and then wrapped up work outside just in time when it stopped raining. Perfect result. Michael is professional, polite, courteous and well mannered. After making a booking and waiting for about a week, on his initial trip he indicated that the switchboard needs to be upgraded before he can embark on his installation. Regardless, he was not the least bit flustered. He took the opportunity to assess the situation and provided the additional cost for drilling through the double brick wall etc. Once the switchboard was upgraded he came back a week later to install two units that lasted almost the entire day. He does a thorough and very presentable job. I have no hesitation and will definitely recommend Michael to anyone for their installation. Worth the wait for a job well done by a honest sincere individual which is a rarity these days.

Mick came out and inspected our house well before the install date to make sure we were happy with everything he was going to do. We bought the air conditioner from Harvey Norman and they recomended Switch'd Air Conditioning & Electrical for the installation. A day after, we received call from Michael who explained things clearly and politely on what sort of information we should send to him for a smooth installation. On the day of installation, Michael and his team came as scheduled. They finished the job and clean things up professionaly. I had someone installed the air conditioners before and Michael is the best I ever come across. Mick installed a split system air conditioner. From the moment he introduced himself when he came to quote the job, I knew he was a complete professional. He told me that he wasn't happy unless his customer was happy. Even after he hit a hurdle (building not built as you would normally expect, causing a vibration noise in the wall) he came back with plan B and moved the outdoor unit until the problem was solved. He did not change his price, and didn't ask for payment until he knew I was satisfied. He talked me through the whole process and helped me to understand exactly how everything worked and how it was installed. A tradesman as customer oriented and professional as Mick is hard to find. I cannot recommend him enough.

After Spending many years trying to get someone reliable and professional to install some split systems(s) at my home, i came across Michael (Switch'd) after speaking with many installers and once he came out and quoted my job i knew i would be giving him the work. Working in the construction industry i had high expectations of what i wanted, and once i had Switch'd come do my installation, i felt that i got the level or service i was looking for. All my installations where very neat and tidy, as other installers expressed difficulty in achieving desired finish (additional piping to be seen) Great job, great recommendation on brands and very easy to work with. I have told all my family and friends who need split system's to use Switch'd, as they can see the work he has done on my place and will surely be in high demand. Great Value, as i had many reward offer's available at the time of purchase with an already great value service. I used Switch'd Air Conditioning to install 3 large air conditioners in my new home in inner Melbourne. Not only was Mick's pricing excellent, but he communicated clearly and professionally, and always arrived on site punctually at the times agreed. This made planning my days much easier. Mick's product knowledge and advice were also excellent and he worked well with my builder (who was also impressed by the quality of work and Mick's attention to detail). I don't normally write online reviews for people, but am happy to make an exception in Mick's case. I am extremely appreciative of a job well done and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or refer any friends to him.

Mick is very professional, courteous and informative. He arrived on time, was tidy, did a great job installing the aircon and was happy to answer any questions. He makes the effort to provide good old fashioned service which sadly is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Mick to anyone requiring electrical or airconditioning services.

Had called Mick to organise our aircon installation and he was quite busy for the next few weeks however was able to squeeze us in on the same day I rung him as there was a last minute cancellation. He said he would ring me straight back to double check in which he did promptly. Mick was very helpful in explaining how to operate the unit and professional throughout the whole process which took several hours. I would highly recommend his services and you will not be disappointed with the level of service and professionalism.

From the initial contact, through appointment arrangements, to the installation, we found Michael and his work mate, to be thoroughly professional. He was always courteous and careful to explain all that was needed to make the installation complete. We would thoroughly recommend the firm to anyone requiring installation of air conditioning. A real pleasure to have around the house.
