Excellent service from Drainpro to book a time at very short notice and from Jaimes who arrived to complete the job. Jaimes arrived on-time and was very professional/helpful in his dealings, explaining the various steps we has taking to try and fix the issue and being very thorough in diagnosing the cause of the blockage. The various photos, report and quote came through promptly. Given Drainpro specialise in this work - James had all the necessary equipment and plenty of experience/knowledge to draw on.....it was a far better experience to engage a company who specialises in this work.

Highly professional Team. I recommend and commend Nick, Jim, and the rest of the team that attended to my blocked storm water drains. Through my 40 plus years in business I have engaged hundreds of tradesmen and many plumbing companies. Drainpro is by far the best outfit with a can-do attitude second to none. They know their business and are tireless in accomplishing a successful outcome. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for my property was amazing. Using a variety of up to date equipment and a lot of hard physical effort during very hot days my storm water drains, sections of which were completely blocked from before I bought my home, were cleared, new pits were installed to prevent future blockages and assist with water discharge. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I believe I have improved my property and received great value in the process. I have also engaged their services to install an internal storm water pipe membrane to both of my storm water drains to stop future root incursions. I entrusted Drainpro with my problem and they have come through with flying colours for me. I am very grateful. This is the first time I have had to call somebody to deal with my drains and I came across Drainpro on Google and checked the wonderful reviews here and I am happy to say they are 100% accurate! Within 1.5 hours of calling I had Jaimes on site right at the time he said he would be here. What a professional, friendly, knowledgeable guy who very much loves what he does! Drainpro work on fixed pricing so within 5 mins of being on site I knew what it could cost me ($585). My sewage issue was more challenging than expected but that didn’t deter Jaimes who worked diligently for 2 hours to unblock the drain and double check with a camera that it was indeed cleared. Highly recommended!

Drainpro were outstanding in identifying root cause, customer communications and issue remediation. Following years of a flooded basement and ‘quick fixes’ I contacted Drainpro and found them to be exceptional. Jaimes found the root cause through his technical know-how, questioning and logic. He used his advanced tools (drain camera, high pressure extraction) etc together with his high level plumbing know-how and addressed and resolved the issue. He kept me informed all the way and explained cause, options and costs clearly. Awesome service! Cleared 150-180 feet of rooted sewer line with camera so we had proof-positive not only of the roots that existed but also being shredded and carried thru to mains. About 2 hours and $585. We had Nick as our operator and he was just the best. Very friendly and professional. Some points to think about. 1./ Hydrojetting is the Gold standard for drain clearing. 2./ Drain-clearing specialists are way better than ordinary plumbers. You don't get a GP to do brain surgery. 3./ Must use camera to see where the problems are. 4./ Watch DrainAddict or Penetrator on YouTube to know what I am talking about. Drainpro equipment is identical. Very impressed.

I called a plumber in for a blocked sewer and they came out with a Hydrajet, with a bullet fitting, but not camera and after an hour got nowhere, however tried charging $396 for the privilege and suggesting we start digging up the ground. I then found DrainPro who sent Nick. He was great and had the right equipment. He cleared the blockage and cleaned 40m of sewer pipe completely clean of small roots which were getting through old terracotta join cracks. A brilliant service executed by a top bloke. Highly recommended.

The service we received from Drainpro was outstanding, right from our first contact. Our storm water drains were blocked which caused flooding in our back yard during heavy rain. Drainpro came round and I quickly realised these guys are true experts. Tree roots & debris were systematically removed from our 40 year old drains using their specialist equipment. In the end we had clean drains and no more stress. Job well done guys.

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Drainpro. Owning a very old house surrounded by established trees, resolving sewerage and stormwater pipe issues has been inevitable. I have now used their services on several occasions to both clear and repair pipes. The most recent being just prior to this review to resolve four issues with our stormwater. This required replacing sections of terracotta pipes with PVC and replacing sections of PVC that had been crushed by tree roots. On a previous occasion they replaced a collapsed PVC/terracotta junction in our main sewerage line that another specialist drainage company had not bought to my attention during their inspection and clearing work. Unlike the other company, and even though Drainpro perform pipe relining, they advised against that course of action due to potential risks and explained an alternative positive cost/benefit scenario involving repairing the junction. Something that sets Drainpro apart from many other trades I have engaged is how cleanly they conduct their work. Despite extensive digging, all worksite reinstatement has been beyond my expectation, including brick paved areas during the latest works. Drainpro are reliable and everyone who has worked at our house has been friendly and consultative. I’m someone who understands that sometimes surprises are discovered that could not possibly have been anticipated in a quote and that cost variation can be necessary. So far, all Drainpro’s work for us has not required a single variation and I consider their costs reasonable and certainly justified when the quality and care factor are evident. Drainpro do their work as if they own your house.

I highly recommend Nick, Jim and the team at Drainpro. They have a great attitude: passionate and professional, honest and reliable, friendly and courteous. What we thought was just a routine call-out to address tree roots blocking our sewer outlet turned out to be much more. Using his expert knowledge and Drainpro’s state of the art camera system, Nick was able to locate and diagnose a much bigger problem - a collapsed boundary trap, almost 3m below ground level. Nick was very patient taking the time to make sure I clearly understood the cause and what was required to resolve the issue. We were provided with a fixed-price quote for the works to replace the collapsed boundary trap, and both Nick and Jim were very responsive to answer my questions and to put my mind at ease. The team went above and beyond our expectations during the works, providing us with daily updates and a video to document the progress of the works (while we were interstate on holiday), and taking pride and care to leave a very tidy area upon completion of the works. We had a a very positive experience with Drainpro. The result was excellent, the service was amazing, and the fixed-price quote gave us peace of mind. We had Jim come to our unit at a Retirement Village where we have had two other companies come to repair a cracked pipe which allowed tree roots to enter and block the toilet. Unfortunately they didn't repair the problem and ended up having to call this company and it has been fixed with a 50 year Warranty. Jim was a very pleasant person, knew exactly what was wrong and resolved the problem. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anybody else that has this problem and if I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would do so. Thank you Jim for all that you have done. Affordable call out/quoting fee. Unfortunately the quoted prices was really high. For me $500 to remove a small amount of roots from scrubs in sewage pipe is costly especially when they said it would take them 1hr. They supposedly have fixed prices but will not tell you what they are until they have checked onsite. I ended up buying some rubber gloves and pulled the roots out myself. Next time I would go with someone who quotes based on work required instead of pretending to have fixed pricing. (PS check out their website they have lots of 5 stars reviews which is most likely because the review input form does not even allow you to nominate the number of stars)

The team at Drainpro had literally turned our very stressful and potentially disastrous blocked sewer problem to a relatively pain free experience today. Nick turned up on time and within 2 hours of my call. Our job wasn’t a straight forward one, Nick was methodical and professional, his experience helped him to trouble-shoot and found the best way to fix the blockage. He took care to ensure his investigation work and repair work didn’t cause any damage to our property. He communicated very well throughout the entire process. He even showed me the camera images and explained what it all meant. He was well equipped, sincere and thoughtful. The job was completed with no fuss and as per his quoted price. I very highly recommend Drainpro. They are a extremely professional, very diligent and very courteous . Today being 15th March 2022, Drainpro arrived on time and removed alot of tree roots in the sewer. I was informed every step of the way regarding this problem and viewed the removal of the tree roots. Good to have a business like this quoting a fixed price prior right up front. As it turned out, my sewage was extensively blocked by trees. All sewage drains in the system were cleared after some investigation and use of good equipment already on board. All at the quoted price even though it was a big job. No mess left. Very friendly guy - explained as much as I needed to know. Highly Recommended !

I must be the only one in the whole of Melbourne who is unhappy here. Their ad says from $45 with loads of 5 star reviews and I cannot find any poor reviews. Their contractor had been at my house for about 5 mins when I was told it will cost $680 for 2 hours to clear my blocked drain, I was given the option of not carrying on but I needed my blocked drain cleared, at the end of two hours he had found out where the blockage was to which I was told it would cost $8600 to fix, yep $8600. As of today there is still a blockage and I am $680 out of pocket. I guess the answer is more fool me, so whilst the guy worked for two hours, what hourly rate is he on and for $8600, how many men for how many days at $100 per hour that’s 86 hours of work, still as I said more fool me.

He explained the issue to us and provided us with solutions and a quote for a practical fix (standard pricing from their system). For each solution, Tayt has explained the pros and cons. After working on the sewer for a several hours he had successfully cleared the blockage . He also quoted me upfront so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. I have had a wonderfully positive experience with Drainpro. I was comfortable using them from the overwhelming number of positive reviews. They 'delivered' at each stage of my contact with them, starting with my initial enquiry through to the completion of the job. In our case the work took 4 days as a large section of stormwater piping was dug up and re-laid. This was no easy task as the guys had to navigate several large tree roots and other obstacles. I can't recommend Drainpro enough - the plumbing service appears to be a complete anomaly in the industry. Instead of seeing customers as potential marks (targets for a scam or mere dollar signs), they make it a matter of pride to personalize their service and accommodate individual needs. As soon as you make contact with them, they honor their commitment to turn up as soon as possible - typically within an hour or two. Most impressive, though, is that they'll almost immediately pinpoint the problem, make a point of explaining what the issue is and then discuss all the available options to you. Unlike other plumbing services, they don't try and trick you into paying for their most expensive service or bamboozle you with technical details. I am so impressed with the service I received from Drainpro. I had broken pipes and required dig up of concrete floors to replace the pipes. Within 30min of diagnosis, Jaimes was able to thoroughly explain everything to me and provide me with fixed price quote and co-ordinate everything from digging up the concrete, soil removal, pipe installation, new concreting etc. The execution was just as flawless, I was so surprised that everything went according to plan, the entire team was so punctual and friendly. Also their communication to me and between themselves was excellent, I did not have to repeat myself once. Thanks so much Drainpro team for relieving me of my plumbing headaches!

Nick came in for what we thought was a blocked drain. He was punctual, friendly and very professional. Identified the problem quickly, and since it had nothing to do with plumbing (a dead animal under the house was causing the smell) he waived the callout fee and didn't charge us for the service. It was incredible to see such honesty . We are touched and will turn to them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

After engaging the services of Drainpro for our recent blocked drain problem, its very clear why this company is miles ahead of their completion. We recently had a sewer blockage at my elderly mums place. We did the usual ring around, only to be messed around by 2 local plumbing companies. We called Drainpro, within 2 hours the friendly plumber was onsite, and within an hour of arrival, had completed all work. He even showed us the spotless drain ( Drain Camera)after he had removed roots from the line. Their office staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they seem to have only 1 focus.... the customer. Jaimes came out to look at the drainage, pipe and water flooding issues I was having. While a few plumbers had looked at the area and given me quotes he was the only one who put underground cameras down the pipes and was able to tell me the local council had cracked a major pipe outside my place while installing a parking sign. I was then able to call the council and ask them to repair it. Jamies accessed the area and he gave honest feedback on what work would be best to do. When they came to do the work they were punctual, polite and professional. They were also really respectful of my place and put my garden and all my pots and plants back how they were before they arrived. I was very happy with all the work they did. In late June we had a few boys from Drainpro to replace the collapsed Terracotta Boundary Trap to new 100mm PVC Boundary Trap in original position. From installing Riser Shaft to surface, connecting onto existing house drain and onto Water Authority piping, to supply Compliance Certificate, all went really smooth and well. Completed the work as they promised within the time frame even in the rain. An extra work was performed without charge, came back to fix a small problem immediately after being informed and a follow-up phone call to see if everything was OK. What a professional team at Drainpro! Good advice right from the beginning, reasonable quotation, professional and friendly staff, excellent work and very useful information and assistance after the job was done – a big THANKYOU! Highly recommended to anyone who needs this kind of service.

Toilets were flushing slowly and making "bubbling" noises during the night. Nick Delta from Drainpro came with a camera. Did a very clean work inside the house. Clog wasn't found inside. He found it in the main drainage pipe outside the unit. The neighbor tree roots penetrated the connecting points of the pipes :\ He did a water pressure clean and advised that this will happen again every 3-4 years and that I shouldn't spend money on an "all-out" fix which will cost thousands of dollars. (Drilling in concrete, bypassing the roots etc..) Price was fair and was informed upfront after Nick's initial inspection. The service was excellent.

Rang them and they arrived within the hour. Nick knew his stuff and explained what needed to be done clearly and without fuss. A true professional. I watched his video as he fed the camera into the blocked drain. Amazing to watch what was going on in the drain. Anyway, it was all done quickly and thoroughly and I was very impressed. Previously we had another plumber attempt to clear this blockage without success but quite a fee. Glad we found Drain Pro and we are very pleased with the outcome.

After wasting over $850 on a sham plumbing service, I decided to call the guys at Drainpro for a second opinion. WOW, what a difference. These guys would easily be the most professional TRADESMAN in the country! Their office staff were super informative and assured us that they weren't like all the others. Their plumber arrived within the timeframe specified, diagnosed the blocked drain in half the time of the previous company, and fixed the blocked sewer quickly and timely. They gave me a fixed price prior to starting the job, which is reassuring, and even disinfected the area and cleaned up after themselves. Hands down best service ever! Dont waste your time ringing around, these guys rock.

Dont waste your time calling anyone else. These guys are amazing. They aren't the cheapest, but then again you get what you pay for. We had a blockage that others couldn't fix, but Drainpro sorted it out within the hour. Fantastic service in every way. We are one of two units and recently experienced a blockage in the main common property sewage line which was so badely damaged the driveway had to be dug up and a section of the drain replaced. It was a big job. Drainpro team provided a service that was prompt, professional, courteous and clean. Importantly Drainpro's quote was cheaper than other quotes. I can’t recommend them highly enough. All communication was easy, prompt and diligent. Jeff resolved a blocked pipe/drain issue for us with an excellent blend of common sense, experience and expertise. The cost was significantly lower than a previous quote from a different company and very fair. Jeff thoroughly and clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He had all the equipment—cameras etc—and expertly established and fixed our particular blockage. He then checked the general health of our pipes. He talked me through the whole process, showing me pictures and explaining their meaning. I now understand a great deal more about our piping and what to look out for and why. I definitely plan to use DrainPro for any future issues.

After having plumbers clear blocked sewer on rental property twice, decided to contact Drainpro to undertake camera inspection of sewer line. Nick quickly pinpointed source of problem to the boundary trap (old pipes cracked and breaking apart). Quote quickly provided to replace boundary trap with PVC. Job booked in for following week and done over 2-3 days with minimal disruption to tenants. DrainPro provided a service where other companies feared to go. They ended a nightmare saga with four other drainage ‘specialist’ companies that accepted the job to replace sewer and drain pipes to a block of 8 apartments over an 18 month period. The other companies either gave excuses or didn’t bother to show up. They started and finished on time, kept within budget, provided the minimum amount of disruption to tenants and kept the site neat and tidy at all times. The site was difficult to access, full of dead trees and overgrown shrubs and required a lot of work to clean up before they could start the plumbing work. They did it with a minimum of fuss. When they finished the job they returned the site to a safe, neat and tidy condition, restoring garden beds, lawn areas and paving to tip top condition. DrainPro are a group of drainage specialists that treat you with respect, are polite and courteous, act in a profession manner and are willing to take on challenging jobs. I was so lucky to have found Drainpro in an online search at a critical time where a badly collapsed old terracotta boundary trap at my 1870s Richmond house had begun to back up and even overflow into my back yard. In the weeks prior to phoning Drainpro I had paid a local plumber to unblock the boundary trap twice at $150 each time but began to lack confidence that the general plumber had the specialist boundary trap expertise to excavate, replace and reconnect to best standard onto mains. My first contact at Drainpro at that critical time was with the very personable Jim. From that first point of phone contact, I gained immediate confidence that Drainpro knew boundary trap replacement very well. Jim visited onsite for a thorough appraisal and detailed quote. He explained the process that would take place plus the extra care Drainpro would take with quality connectors, pipe and new infill, all guaranteed. The work carried out by Jim, Alan and apprentice Nick was prompt and very professional. Customer service follow up from manager Nick and admin Faye was especially helpful and appreciated. My neighbour had a problem with their sewerage and the common drain line and access was on my property. Drainpro, Jim, arrived with 12hrs gave me a quote and commenced work the next day. The job took a lot longer then originally thought, they worked late at night to fix the issue, my contrary neighbour who originally did not want to pay for the bill was suitably impressed as was I after the job was complete. They stuck with the original quote and put my backyard back better ( after the diggers have been in) than it was previously. I would not use anyone else

Jim came this morning and got straight to work on my stormwater drain which we had problems with during heavy rain, with his machine he cut through and removed meters of compact tree roots and then high pressure cleaned the pipe right back 35meters, explaining everything as he worked. It was amazing watching him use his high powered equipment which i presume most general plumbers would not carry, all for an agreed fixed price. Excellent !.

Drainpro have the equipment, innovation and process to replace a 3.5m boundary trap cheaply and efficiently. Highest grade piping is used, concrete foundation, screening, hardwood supports, minimal hole size (more like a shaft) so minimal spoil and wetted backfill so minimal spoil removal, camera inspection of both joins, additional topsoil brought onsite, no mess. Nothing worse than finding out Thursday afternoon you have a collapsed boundary trap, swimming in sewerage by Sunday was a possibility if not for the boys coming out Friday with a tanker to pump out the effluent. They came out again early Saturday morning, worked all day through heavy rain to have all the basics in place and reconnected. Amazing work ethic and attention to detail.

Called them on the Friday morning of the big storm as we had blocked storm water drains. They were out to our house by late afternoon. We had a blocked drain before a scheduled big storm, which had already flooded our garage and was threatening to flood our house. Drainpro guaranteed someone would be here within 3 hours and they were. With state of the art machinery, Jim was able to locate the blockage and clear it.....he was so professional and I was amazed he found the blockage so quick. Jim was out quickly and the problem with our blocked sink was resolved within half an hour with the minimum of fuss. Challenging conditions due to a storm but Jim handled the situation professionally and with a smile. I will not be contacting anyone else if I have a similar problem in the future

Jim promptly returned our call, arrived on time on sunday to our blocked shared sewer, spent 20 mins testing, determining it was south east waters problem in the street, organised se water to come (which they did) and was very fair about their bill. Together with my next door neighbour who shares the same sewer pipe, we have had periodic blockage issues over many years, so I have dealt with many plumbers during that time. I would have to say that Drainpro's level of service from my initial contact with their administrative personnel through to the high level of professionalism displayed by their plumber Nick surpassed anything I had encountered before. Nick familiarised himself with the job to be done, gave an upfront quote (which greatly eased my anxiety from worrying about the final cost) and fully explained what was required. He also discussed possible future excavations and cost estimates regarding the deteriorating condition of the outlet pipe which had subsided due to ground movement and tree root issues and arranged to e-mail video footage to me for future discussion with my local council regarding the two overly large trees on the nature strips nearby that were causing the increasing root problem. He used his equipment to cut out all protruding roots and fully unblock the sewer pipe and showed the result through his camera equipment to ensure that I was fully satisfied. A Feedback request from Drainpro's administration followed shortly after. Very professional and impressive all-round effort by this company.

Seriously blocked sewer which others had only partially resolved - despite charging much more. Jim and Jason from Drainpro were on time, professional, pleasant to deal with. They persevered to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. Where other plumbers had suggested expensive and unnecessary excavation, Jim and Jason just got on with fixing it for a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

My house blocked drain call Drainpro at 11am and Jim came at 2pm same day with phone response rapidly and Jim did a very professional job. inspect the pipe with camera. Unblocked and with a high pressure hose. He contacted South East water for me and asked to organised and fix the main drain problem. Excellent service. Jim very nice and friendly person. What an exceptional service Drainpro provides. Had a blocked sewer near the boundary trap which was buried. Jim diagnosed the problem quickly and gave fixed price quotes on the spot. He located the trap spot on and and did a really neat job of digging up driveway and after all work was done I was left with a neat concreted access point to the boundary trap. Price was great and I saved thousands of dollars by choosing Drainpro over my regular plumber who had planned to dig in the wrong place as it turned out. Could not fault the workmanship and customer service. Thanks Drainpro.

After several previous bad experiences with trades, I was skeptical at first, but Jim & team restored my faith. It was the 2nd of Jan and few people were working. Jim was on time for an inspection and quote and kept his promise of having a team with an excavator on site within the hour and the job finished by day's end. All for a very reasonable price, considering the work involved in replacing a collapsed boundary trap - their specialty. By comparison, some of the big names in the business came up with open-ended job and cost estimates, with no apparent interest to commit to solving the problem. Thank you Jim and your GREAT team: Corey, Rossco and Sam. I hope you keep your service and price at this level, to make many more customers as happy as I have been with Drainpro. BRILLIANT!

Drainpro completely replaced our old earthenware boundary trap and shaft that had collapsed very close to the dwelling. The fixed price quote Drainpro gave us to replace the shaft and trap (at 3.5m deep) was more competitive than a quote we got to reline the shaft. Nick and his team are highly professional and their work was neat and tidy. They completed the work on time and we didn't pay a cent more than what we were quoted. I am very happy with the work done and am happy to recommend Drainpro's services.
