Justin provides an excellent and very professional service in assessing all current pool barrier compliance requirements. He is very thorough. His report fully details all rectification needs with photos to make it very easy to follow. What was most impressive is that he also provides a suggested method of fixing each item that needs attention rather than just listing them and leaving it to the owners to work out how to rectify each item. This is a major point of differentiation and is why I would recommend Justin to anyone seeking a pool barrier inspection for compliance approval.

With only weeks to go in order to meet pool barrier compliance with Knox City Council, by the set compliance date, my wife and I engaged Justin Cosgrove from PCI for guidance and certification. We were astounded to find no fewer than six non-compliance issues which fell short of pool safety compliance, on Justin’s initial visit, He explained in detail why and how each item failed compliance, and also went out of his way to take the time to work on solutions which best suited our home and budget, in order to meet our compliance deadline. Through Justin’s advice and guidance, we gained had the knowledge and confidence to put a plan together for all the fix’s that were needed to be performed, and set out to get them done, Justin was also willing to give us advice over the phone whenever we had hit a snag whilst performing the fix’s. We gained compliance weeks ahead of time with Justin’s guidance and are relieved to get our compliance certificate by PCI over the line. Justin was very clear and straight forward with what needed to be done and not only very knowledgeable but very helpful in working out the best and quickest solutions (saving us money) that best fitted our situation (and home). Justin Cosgrove was very knowledgeable and helped us check off most pre-inspection items before his first visit (unfortunately I still had a bit to do). Justin was very professional and friendly. His report was detailed, clear and concise (without fluffing around things that didn't need to be done) making it very easy to get things compliant before his return visit. His prices were also very good and he made sure his businesses Covid practices were in place... always respecting the social distancing and having his mask on when at our home doing his inspection.
