VPCI (Vic Pool Compliance Inspections)

Justin was extremely helpful and understanding in explaining the extent and nature of the compliance activity aligned to the build date of my pool. There were some items that had not been explained on the previous approval inspection by another company and they needed to be rectified. Justin gave advice on what these were and assisted in guiding rectification then and there so the inspection could be signed off on the day. He also explained how self locking gates worked and how they are adjusted to ensure compliance. He displayed a passion for his inspector and compliance role at the same time educating me to ensure that I better understood the legislation and made decisions to ensure I did not do anything that would see me again falling into a non compliant position - Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Justin highly enough. He is professional, punctual and provided practical advice in relation to the inspection and what needed to be done in relation to the rectification works to meet the current compliance requirements. Like another reviewer noted, there were some items that had not been explained on a previous approval inspection by another company and they needed to be rectified. Justin was also able to share details of a contractor he works with, John, who performed the rectification works in a timely and cost effective manner. I would not hesitate to contact Justin for future inspections and am grateful to him and his team for making the process so seamless. Highly recommended.
