  • Payment of the 25% deposit will secure your date and lock in the booking.

  • 10 days before your function we require confirmation of numbers and your menu selections, plus any dietary requirements we should be aware of.

  • 10 Days before your function.

  • We bring everything with us to serve with and serve from. All we need from you is access to power and ideally a sheltered location to set up.

    If your location is in a park or somewhere without power we can function on a generator at an additional cost of $75

  • We need to arrive 6 hours before the meal service commencement time to allow for ample time for set up and to start cooking the meats.

    Eg. if you are planning on a 6pm service, we would aim to arrive approx 12pm

  • Yes, any leftover Meat, Salads or Vegetables, Potatoes and Breadstick is yours to keep at the conclusion of service.

    We have recently introduced the inclusion of containers for leftovers at a small additional charge.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to supply your own containers please ensure that you have these ready, otherwise any leftovers will be disposed of.

  • Yes, for an additional cost.

  • So long as we know in advance we are very happy to offer an alternative to the meat to accompany the Salads or Hot Vegetables.

    We offer a Cauliflower and Cheese Pie for these guests, which is both Vegetarian and Vegan Friendly.

Terms and conditions

  • Any rubbish produced during the preparation, service of the food and clean up will be the responsibility of the host to dispose of

  • Any cancellation between 7-14 days of the function will forfeit deposit amount

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the function will forfeit 75% of the total function price

  • Any date change within 7-14 days of the function will incur a change fee of $250

  • Any date change request with less than 7 days notice will incur a fee based on products already purchased for the function. This fee will be at the discretion of MAKS Quality Spit Roast Catering
