Courteous service
Responses to contacts is good but despatch of delivery is 7days, which is the longest delivery despatch I have had for online purchases.
Pre filter for hoover vogue
They were prompt easy to talk to, excellent delivery time.
BUT unfortunately we had to purchase the complete assembly for the sake of a rubber band seal that deteriorated after time phoned hoover and was told bluntly that we had to purchase the complete assembly no reflection on Vacuum Spots excellent service.

Hard to get parts and great service
A great way to by parts and consumables for older vacuums that are difficult to get elsewhere. Prices are good. Service is first rate. I communicated with a real person who resolved my query promptly.
Customer service
After looking on line for a filter for my black &decker i tried Vacumspot they were able to supply the filter that i required on the scant information i could give them .

Dyson vacuum head end cap
A $10 end cap from VacuumSpot was much better value than a $100+ for a complete replacement of the vacuum head from Dyson.
Can't comment on the speed of delivery because I ordered around Xmas closure time. But otherwise, everything went smoothly. Certainly, I'll be coming back if I need anything else.

Dyson v15 detect mophead
An easy company to do business with. Purchase on line was easy, price was ok and delivery was prompt and to the door.
The product was excellent quality and worked well. Only negative was that there were no usage instructions and I was referred to you tube videos to see how it is used.

Hi Peter, thanks for your review. Yes, unfortunately some deliveries following the Xmas/New Year period were a little later than normal due to warehouse staffing issues with people on annual leave. Also, some products need to be ordered in from suppliers as we don't carry every single listed product in stock, therefore lead times will vary,
