Non service

NOT anymore. I have been a client for over 20 yrs, and several homes. I am happy with products but told that blinds out of warranty are NOT SERVICED. I had a serious problem, not able to raise blinds and had home open. I pleaded to speak to a technician and the very aggressive receptionist refused and demanded I pay in advance for a new motor $590. I had no choice so paid and a technician called in to fit eventually saying as a favour, as they were too busy with new orders but he did not have a ladder high enough. I called my electrician who fixed it on the spot and I paid gratefully. It was reprogrammed, There was Nothing wrong with motor but they refused to refund the full fee. charged me $80 for the call-out and did nothing. I will NEVER use them again. They spend a lot of time on advertising on TV and are not interested in service. They suggested I replace the blinds after 5 years!
