They don't know the meaning of customer servivce

I'd have given zero stars if I had that option. Just don't use this company. Payment has to be made in full before they will install their product, and that's where customer service stops. Karen C in the office is rude, unhelpful and despite the Blinds Gallery being in the wrong, completely unwilling to be accommodating. I don't know what happened to 'the customer is always right'.

The installer arrived on the appointed day, installed the tracks for my blinds, THEN discovered he didn't have my blinds and in fact, they weren't even in the warehouse. So I was left with no window coverings, on my front windows, for a further two weeks until they 'found' my blinds. Then, because I couldn't take another day off work in the week before Christmas, and Karen refused to send an installer at a time that suited me, I had to leave a key for the installer.

It went on from there. DO NOT get your blinds or curtains from The Blinds Gallery. Once they have your money, they're just not interested.

Refused to refund

Several years ago, 'The Blinds Gallery' had installed new window coverings throughout my entire house, as well as an outdoor roller blind. At a recent visit I showed them some photographs of damage to the roller blind's skin, and after reviewing the images, they assured me that the issue could be fixed. They arranged for a repairer to come to my home to address the problem, requesting an upfront payment of $230, which included an $80 call-out fee and a $150 charge for labour.

Upon inspection, the repairer determined that, unfortunately, the damage to the roller blind could not be repaired as originally thought. When I contacted The Blinds Gallery asking to refund the $150 labor charge since no repair work had been done, they refused to reimburse the money.

Ultimately, we paid $230 without any resolution to the issue at hand. I will share this costly and unsatisfactory experience with my friends advising them to avoid shopping at The Blinds Gallery.

Damaged paver during install- still not fixed!

I don’t recommend the blinds gallery at all. So disappointed . Firstly the whole process took way too long- 4 months to get one outdoor blind installed. And secondly, during the support pole installation, one of my patio pavers was cracked. There was promises of replacing it but it is still not fixed! Every time I ring there are promises of replacement but it never happens. So disappointed with the whole process and lack of care and responsibility. Terrible company.

Non service

NOT anymore. I have been a client for over 20 yrs, and several homes. I am happy with products but told that blinds out of warranty are NOT SERVICED. I had a serious problem, not able to raise blinds and had home open. I pleaded to speak to a technician and the very aggressive receptionist refused and demanded I pay in advance for a new motor $590. I had no choice so paid and a technician called in to fit eventually saying as a favour, as they were too busy with new orders but he did not have a ladder high enough. I called my electrician who fixed it on the spot and I paid gratefully. It was reprogrammed, There was Nothing wrong with motor but they refused to refund the full fee. charged me $80 for the call-out and did nothing. I will NEVER use them again. They spend a lot of time on advertising on TV and are not interested in service. They suggested I replace the blinds after 5 years!

Must commend The Blinds Gallery on their customer service. After a seven year period they came and rectified a problem I had with my out door plantation .shutters.
Neil was fantastic. Work fast and clean . I am a very satisfied customer..

Have used Blinds Gallery for a few years purchasing both curtains, blinds and shutters. Sales service and installation process was excellent. BUT then one of the curtains started disintegrating, and all customer service ceased. I had to contact them again and again and again. Was fobbed off to their material supplier and again I had to nag and nag to get a response. Eventually I just gave up as they just made it too hard. Asked Blinds Gallery to requote on a replacement curtain - I naively expected some sort of discount due to history of fitting out my entire house in their product and the fact that the fault was with their product, but got nothing AND I was to be charged for installation again... They did so well initially and then crashed and burnt over the lack of good customer service.

Great service and quality products. I am delighted with our blinds, curtains and the difference it makes to our home. Special recognition to the dedicated team in Wangara especially Cory who service was wonderful and easy to deal with.
