Prompt detailed inspections and feedback (both verbal and as a written report), supportive discussion about the properties which was invaluable in giving me the information I needed to make a decision about which property to buy. Property inspection prior to purchase. This included a pest inspection. Hamley Home Inspections had previously inspected (for the purchaser) a house we were selling and I determined then that we'd ask Hamley to do the same for us when the time came to buy again.
