Smik Windsor. From the phone call on Saturday answered by Tracey to make an appointment to the service given to me by Anna on the Sunday I was blown away. Nothing was too much trouble fantastic service. Left with a dress for my sons wedding with a smile...they went above and beyond to make my shopping experience successful......Thankyou ladies would recommend you anytime.

Store refused to cancel a layby, demanding that they could keep all the of the monies paid (75% =$260) , even though I explained the formal has been cancelled due to corona virus.

Have had to lodge a fair trading complaint to try to get a fair resolution. Sales assistants kept pushing for me to pay out the dress and remove it from the shop, stating it was my only real option. The store maintains a no refunds policy at all costs.

Very disappointed - especially as I have not even removed the dress from the store.

Terrible customer service experience there. Don't bother going the staff are very pushy and extremely rude. I was pressured into buying a dress that didn't fit me correctly and felt as tho I was inconveincing everyone by taking up a change room. On top of that when I wanted a refund 1 day later after not telling me they don't take refunds I was left with a dress that doesn't fit. The lady was extremely rude to me on the phone. I find it funny that for dresses so expensive that they do not offer refunds. What's the point of that. Definitely will never be going back to this place ever again I'll stick to places that I usually go.

Love Smik clothing! Always always get great advice on a style that suits me, so many dresses to choose from from even though i am on the bigger side, staff friendly and helpful. Can exchange and refund easily when I have had too! With a receipt of course which is standard store practice anyway ... My friends also love Smik! Thanks Ladies

I had the worst customer service experience in the 10 years I've been shopping there. I was told I couldn't exchange a faulty dress because I had no receipt even though it was never worn and still had the Smik label the lady was very rude and unhelpful in the process and I left in tears as I now have a $130 dress that I can't wear. Very disappointing as I am a regular there. I don't know if I'll ever shop there again

Smik Clothing has some really nice pieces. They have formal and casual wear! I love their designs!

Good locally run business, always have some really nice and unique clothing. Ladies are always really friendly and helpful in there. Always a good experience shopping here

My daughter needed new shoes and went in to look. As we walked in the young girl offered assistance immediately and professionally liaised with my teenage daughter to get her shoes with 2 different sized feet. That's the difficulty in getting shoes for her but that was the 1st time we had a very nice sympathetic help from a young girl.

Walking into a place full of the cutest, hottest dresses and bikinis you have ever seen in one place. Great dressing rooms with mirrors that don't make you look huge and friendly staff to help. Permanent 10% off too...what more could a girl want
