Waited weeks for a Daikin warranty repair. They cancelled with Daikin not bothering to inform me.

Now have to wait even longer for the repair. Spoke to Georgia who had a care factor of zero.

Swift Airconditioning supplied and installed two Mitsubishi Electric reversible ducted airconditioners, one 20kW and another 12.5kW, in two sections of our house and connected it to the MyAir tablet. The job was both difficult and complex, as the house is spread over several levels. There were in all ten separate zones. Nick and his team did an outstanding job, from quotation to the final installation. They were prompt, very professional, courteous and left the area very clean. The price was very reasonable with no hidden extras. The office team, Danni and Georgia, were both very efficient in communicating and informing us throughout the installation process. We are pleased with their services and happy to recommend them to others.

Excellent customer service right from the point of enquiry even up to post installation. Nick and his team did a great job. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. We’re glad we chose them to install our Daikin Ducted system at our house. We are so happy with the level of service we received. Highly recommended business!
