He returned my call quickly to make a booking; He offered clear direction of the processes (including his pricing structure) in advance of our appointment.

He came up with on the spot advice for our areas that needed attention, and reinforced everything in his detailed inspection report, which we received that same night.

Justin Cosgrove was very knowledgeable and helped us check off most pre-inspection items before his first visit (unfortunately I still had a bit to do).
Justin was very professional and friendly. His report was detailed, clear and concise (without fluffing around things that didn't need to be done) making it very easy to get things compliant before his return visit.
His prices were also very good and he made sure his businesses Covid practices were in place... always respecting the social distancing and having his mask on when at our home doing his inspection.
