We recently purchased a unit from these guys. Great to deal with, very obliging.
Our second run out with it, the festival we were at was in the path of some average weather overnight. A roof was lifted off a house not too far away and trees down all over the place. When I returned to the site, I was fully expecting to be picking up the pieces of what was left. Most of the festivals own gazebos had been quite severely damaged and they were mostly in protected areas. I was concerned, to say the least. Turns out I should have saved that energy for something more constructive, like leaving some feedback in a place like this. I occasioned one small rip to the canopy, which is totally fixable and a very small price to pay. I should also note that the other gazebos at the festival were a more expensive brand I researched before deciding on Mountain Shade, glad I made the right choice!
From what I've seen, Mountain Shade is where your money is best spent.
Our school just got some Mountain Shades and I have to say they are clearly the best marquees we have seen for school use. Our female staff can handle them easily but they are just so sturdy when put up. We got the printing for our school houses and it looks great. Our old marquee's had broke and faded after 6 months of occasional school use, but according to other schools, the Mountain Shades seem to survive much better than the others. I recommend these units to other schools and you can see why they are Australian Standard compliant. PS. I dont normally write reviews for products, but these have impressed me.

As a corporate we have got many branded marquees from suppliers. Our franchise holders tell us the best are from Mountain Shade. Their hex leg frame is the best on the market and their printing just looks better than other suppliers we have tried - and it lasts much longer. Awesome job Rod and team.
Had a hot and windy market weekend and my Mountain Shade held up great. Its cooler under a Mountain Shade I have discovered compared to others. My neighbours has to tie off to my marquee when the wind picked up and hold their marquee down. Theirs bent as result and mine folded away perfectly. I now appreciate my Mountain Shade.

I have owned 8 marquees before my Mountain Shade. I thought what others used at markets was the way to go. I now know that there is difference between a quality marquee and the cheapies that others buy. Since getting my Mountain Shade, I dont worry about about my gazebo holding together anymore when it gets windy. WHAT A RELIEF !
Brought my mountain shade just before christmas holidays. Just got back. It was outstanding. This shade has what others charge extra for. We are so happy. Please more accessories availiable at camping stores because your product is awesome. All our 4WD friends were envious of our shade :)
Used our Mountain Shade for Christmas Holidays and in a freak storm it was the only marquee standing. The wind rating and strength of these marquees are as stated by the supplier. I have been cynical with popup marques as all i could find was stuff that broke easy at all the major outlets. I brought from a specialist supplier this time and I am thrilled.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the MF42. It’s a breeze to pop up and down on my own, love the way the legs glide and click in so easily. The large soft pull pins are wonderful, never thought I’d describe a gazebo as having a luxurious feel. At the full height not only is the frame totally stable with 65kgs of mens gear hanging from the struts but, 6ft6 men aren’t hitting their heads on the frame. Having a carrier bag that zips down both sides and is spacious enough to leave the canopy on the frame is much appreciated after a long days work. Thanks to Rod for patiently explaining why this gazebo would not collapse on me as my last supposed sturdy one had, and then supplying a canopy while mine is being printed is really appreciated.
Got a printed marquee and challenged Mountain shade to get it done in 5 days. They took the challenge and delivered. It looks great. Others say they can do it, these guys only promise what they can do. Refreshing professional business.

I brought a Mountain Shade for my swimming club. What a quality item. I see they are endorsed by Swimming bodies but its so well made, I am buying one for my personal use. You dont see this good build quality in other products from Bunnings or BCF
Approximate cost: $2000
