Kristy knows exactly how to work your body to get optimal results. She gives you the motivation to push harder each time but at the same time makes working out fun. The results are there so I'm very happy.
Kristy has been a personal trainer for many years. I have had the pleasure of training under her in large group sessions and on a one on one sessions over the last few years. She is able to adapt the training to meet your needs – whether you are recovering from an injury or have special needs. She will get you fit again.
In a large group situation, she is quickly able to identify your strengths and weaknesses and give you options to work to the best of your abiity. She is also able to challenge you and get the best of you in her firm but gentle approach.
With some basic equipment, you will gradually learn how to use the outdoors as your personal gym. Kristy is great at evaluating how to use a bench, steps, a hill to put some extra challenge into the session. There is no need to be intimidated by a variety of equipment.

I have been training with The Healthy Life for 5 years now both one on one and in groups. The sessions always vary with a mix of cardio, strength and toning. Kristy (the instructor) always listens to what your needs and goals are and tailors to you. I would definitely recommend Kristy to anyone, she is an awesome trainer and an inspiration.

Really nice people, great workout, a little hard for me, but was modified for me, until I improve. I didn't feel embarrassed as I thought, I really enjoyed it
