These guys are scammers, don't go with them. Sent out a so called technician who didn't fix my Bonaire ducted heater. Sent out another technician in the evening at 7pm. Quoted 2000.00 to fix, which is triple what Bonaire technician charged. Beware!

Originally I was under the impression that I was dealing with a tradesman who was being honest with me however, he was mainly focussed on pretending to do me a favour to coerce me into writing a positive review.

I have since discovered that I was charged double what the work was worth and I'm left feeling disgusted that someone would take advantage of a person in a crisis situation.

I am waiting for the company to contact me (after requesting this 6 weeks ago) and return the $400 they overcharged me.

Should they do the right thing by me, I will revise my review to reflect this.
If they do not, I will continue to share in detail what occurred to warn others to avoid this business.
Ideally I would rate them with zero stars.

My ducted heater was not working and I called this guys. Call out fee of approximately $150 for a "technician" to come out and telling me that it was hard to understand where the fault was and provided a quote of $2,000 to do a service of the unit in order to find the fault (with spare parts and repair to be charged on top of the $2,000). I obviously refused to waste my money and called another HVAC plumber who, in TWO MINUTES and not call out fee, told me that there was a fault with the electrical board and had to be replaced. Based on 9News (article from 9 months ago), they have been accused for overcharging customers and they were (are) under investigation by Consumer and Business Services (CBS) "with claims it overcharges elderly and vulnerable customers". DO. NOT. USE. THEM.

Don't recommend unless money is no objective. $141.50 call out fee and then will quote you an exorbitant fee to fix simple issues. Don't waste your time.

Metro service was excellent. The plumber quickly fixed the issue and our plumbing works perfectly now. Highly recommended!

Had a blocked drain, Ali quoted me up and unblocked it in no time, would highly recommend metropolitan plumbing! Ask for ali if you have a blocked drain

Got in to fix leaking tap & they charged me twice for the call out fee then did $750 of work that was not even needed.
