Provided great advice and answered technical questions in initial consultation without applying any form of sales pressure, in fact they honestly advised that what I needed I could adequately do without the need to fully engage accountants. I found this to be very refreshing, and although I was able to as they directed and setup a sole trader business by myself, I would definitely use their services for end of year should more complex issues arise.

I am very happy with the service and means of dealing with LINK. My preference is to deal with such providers electronically as long as processes are clear and easy. I also need to have clarity of the details being dealt with and both areas have been excellent. I have the option of contacting in person if necessary however I have been very comfortable in not having to do so. Very efficient.
