I called into these guys today with my drivers electric window halfway down and not going up. Told Brian my problem and he put it up for me so my car doesn't get wet from rain or stolen. Will definitely be taking it back in a few weeks for them to fix it properly! Great customer service with a smile and didn't charge a cent!! Thank you so much for your assistance :) see you in a few weeks !

Been dealing with these guys for over twenty years for myself and an Group on the Bayside of Brisbane. Never a problem with them, best prices you will find around , excellent service and top quality advice.

I have used these guys over the years for work on my boat and now that we have a motorhome I went back though I thought the business must have changed hands after reading the last review. No - still the same cheerful and helpful staff. Having driven in off the street they fixed the problem almost instantly and after a cheery chat we were on our way. They didn't give us a receipt and I didn't have to ask because they didn't charge me. That's unusual today. Keep up the good work guys.

I had my left headlight blow twice in 12mnths and thought I would get it checked. They replaced a wiring harness and 2 days later my headlight blew again. Smoke came out of the left if I put high beam on as well. I returned the next opportunity I had and the staff was rude, removed the bulb and claimed it wasn't even one of the bulbs they use, so I promptly asked why I was charged front bulbs on my receipt. They replaced the bulb, turned on high beam and said its fixed. 3 days later the bulb blew again. Everytime time it rained the bulb blew again. I went again on 4/4/2013 back to the store. I walked towards the staff at the front of the garage that previously fixed the car, and asked could I see the management contact details as I now have had 17 bulbs blow. They were rude have no thought or care that now I have to go and pay a 'real' auto electrician to see what they have done and fix the problem, which is costing me more money. Do not go to this store, if you have keep your receipt as they 'claim' they didn't do things they have charged you for. Worst customer service experience of my life.
