Having recently purchased a house with all gas features I made the decision to convert to electric heating and hot water to reduce my impact on the environment and save money as I move into retirement. I wanted to take advantage of the current government offers and applied to several companies. I did not even get a reply. I live in country Victoria ( Gippsland ). Direct Point Heating and Cooling replied in less than 24 hours and have maintained outstanding communication throughout the entire process. The office manager "Sally" replied to emails and messages after hours, weekends and public holidays. I was impressed by tradesmen that arrived punctually, were respectful and consulted me on every part of the process. I was assisted with paperwork, claiming Government rebates and reward vouchers from Mitsubishi Electric. My quality appliances are now installed and working perfectly in less than a month after initial contact. I was even offered the opportunity to utilise the electricians for other work needed in my home. A fan in my bed room and heater in my bathroom was also fitted. This company provides outstanding service, quality products and prompt communication. I recommend them highly giving them a 5 star review.

Excellent job of installing my 2 split systems.
I would highly recommend direct point electrical, they were very professional and friendly and informed me of everything regarding the job. Dean and the guys were helpful and Knowledgeable on the products and giving advice to me . I would use direct point for further work at my home.

I had 2 air conditioners installed including up on the second story. Dean did a great job. Friendly, hinest and knowledgeable and the job was done in no time!!

2 split system install
incredible work by the team at Direct Point, the guys were on site early, were a pleasure to have and left the site clean and ensuring all worked well. We had 2 split systems installed and the units and locations Dean recommended were absolutely spot on and the house is now extremely cool on hot days. I cant recommend highly enough!
