Caring and the only Vet ever that follows a visit (if treatment required) with a phone call to see if all going ok. Kevin is incredibly compassionate and an excellent Vet. I have had small and large animals for over 15 years.

Such a geniune vet is Kevin and I'm sure person. Totally understands what clients go through from costs to losing their pets. The staff at GC vet surgery are just as super, Geniune care and support for their clients. Not about the dollar signs I've experienced with other vets before. I recommend them all the time.

Very impressed with Dr Warren Doidge. He has such a beautiful manner with pets and people :) Felt very comfortable to leave my beloved Beagle in his care. Nice reception staff too. Highly recommend the surgery and Dr Doidge in particular.

This is the third time we have taken our kitten Bronx to GC vet surgery, from a general check up, to getting vacs and worming done and also getting him desexed and chipped, we have had nothing but satisfaction with our experiences and there work quality is top shelf.

Our little Maltese Shitzu, Muffin, is twelve years old. She is a very special companion for my daughter who has been ill for many years. Muffin knows when my daughter needs a cuddle and hops onto her lap for a 'lick-fest'. Late last year, Muffin started drinking copious amounts of water and became extremely hungry. After doing numerous tests, she was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. We changed vets shortly after this diagnosis and were lucky enough to find Dr Kevin Cruikshank at Gold Coast Vet Surgery. He took the time to talk to me on the phone about the treatments available for dogs with Cushing's. He has also been more than willing to assist with extra support when I've been worried about further symptoms of Cushing's as they've developed. This is extremely reassuring to me. What a wonderful team at this clinic - there was genuine care for the well being of my cat from everyone I encountered. It was a horrible time for me with my companion of 14 years becoming very ill with an unknown cause and Dr Kevin was both very compassionate and sensitive while helping us work through it. All options were clearly explained with likely outcomes and costs discussed in advance. The follow up service was also excellent and very personal - I felt like we were his only patient! When I needed to visit an alternative vet outside of hours, he still called me the next day to follow up on their results and offer further assistance.
