Their prices are extremely cheap. you get a lot for your money. the staff are always very nice at the registers and the ones on the floor and very willing to help you find a product or to explain a product. Large rang also.

The place has a very friendly atmosphere, and they often have different events to please their customers, such as raffles and live music. Their staff is also very friendly and approachable. The time you wait for meals is not very long at all.

They have a very large range of products. they didn't have the product that i was after as it was reasonably old but they were more than happy to order it in, this didn't take very long at all, much less than i expected. the staff were very helpful, and their prices are competitive.

I visit this store very frequently, the staff are very friendly and will do their best to help get the best product that you need. They are not pushy at all and let you take your time, which is something i really appreciate. they have a lot of specials and therefore i have always been able to get good value for my money.

i didn't have a very good experience with the lay-by staff. i went to buy a product that was in the catalogue but they hadn't received any so they told me i could put a rein-check on it and that it would be in with in one or two days, it took much longer. every time i called they said two more days and where no very nice. i only got results after i rang head office and they arranged with the store for the product to be transferred from another store. then when i went in to collect my product after i received a call saying it had arrived, the woman at the lay by counter said it had not arrived, and who actually called me, i told her a name and it turned out that was her and she was very rude about it and said well it wasnt me, in the end she remembered that she had rung me and put it somewhere else, i didnt even get an apology. so am not very happy with the lay by staff but i have had good experiences with the rest of the store.
