I am a gluten free eater, and have to say this is one of the finds for gluten free eating in the city. Most of their products I can't seem to find anywhere else and they are yummy! They do the gyros/souvalaki with gluten free wraps and have gluten free pides. All their gluten free sweets (especially the brownies) are excellent. Coconut pankakes are great too!

Joined up as a member just prior to their grand opening last year. Haven't looked back, the gym has gotten even better since opening. Their classes are great, always something on and although I've been to many I haven't gotten close to experiencing the whole lot yet! The cafe within the gym is great too, so you don't blow your workout on bad food, they have lots of healthy options there. Personal trainers are very supportive and flexible and work with my physiotherapist to obtain maximum results without injury. Their flexible sign up plans are great, finally a gym that understands if you want to attend for short stints or long term. Great for people that travel away from home for a week or two at a time.

Have been going to Scissorhands since it opened a few years back. Chris has been cutting my hair for years, even before she opened the Scissorhands salon. She's always courteous, chatty and makes sure she gets the hairdo right and that you're happy with the results. Some time ago the color didn't turn out exactly right, and I came back in the following week and they re-did it at no cost. That's the kind of service and business that keeps me going back.

One room painted. Punctual, friendly one man show. Turned up when promised and completed the job in the time estimated. Initially I explained that I was unhappy with a previous job completed in a different room and the standard I expected from this job. However partially way through I voiced concerns that my comments seemed unheard, so he spent extra time to complete to a better quality. In the end I wasn't thrilled with the outcome, but he wasn't prepared to spend any further time on the job for the quote given so we left it at that.

New shower screen & mirror measured ordered and fitted. When I went to their showroom, the first salesperson seemed to have no time for me, and was curt with their answers to my questions. Another salesperson stepped in which was their saving grace, they were very friendly and full of ideas. When I booked in to have someone attend for measurement and quotation, they were over an hour and a half late and still hadn't called, so I had to call the office myself to find out where they were and if they were still coming. Then there was confusion over the order, and it was delayed to be manufactured (only by a couple of days). When the installer arrived, they chipped the mirror which was to be installed, which meant another delay as they ordered a new one (at no cost to me). The installer did a pretty rough job and seemed to have no idea when I asked him for advice over placement of the glass shelves they were installing. This company came recommended, however I understand that they have had some large changes over the past months/years to how it was previously run. Overall I expected higher quality installation and better customer service, so I was disappointed.

Total bathroom renovation, trades and PC items included. They were recommended by a friend and were one of several quotes I obtained. Their initial quotation was very similar to the others price wise, but what stood out was their attention to detail and fantastic customer service. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, called me at the completion of each stage, and worked with me to a very tight deadline. When I made changes to the plan, they were patient and helped me make informed choices. The costs were as expected as they were discussed throughout the renovation when tweaks were made. I can't recommend this company highly enough, Glenn and Peter are very professional, attentive and use quality tradespeople to get the job done on time and on budget. I wish all renovation jobs were this easy!

Purchased some items at Reece for a bathroom renovation job. Dealt with Rachael who was helpful, friendly, and returned calls when I left messages. She ordered the required items in, held them until I was able to get into the store, and arranged delivery for the larger heavier items which was also turned around quickly. When I needed design ideas, she had magazines and brochures at the ready and when the shop seemed busy, she didn't rush me to make a decision. A very pleasant shopping experience!

Friendly staff make this place a delight to eat at. It's in the foodcourt of the MLC Centre, and they have a great assortment of Burgers, Pizzas, Pies, Drinks, Sweets and other items. They have a great range of Gluten Free items, I've tasted most of the gluten free items which include pies, pizzas, burgers and biscuits. They also cater for regular folk (ie not gluten free) and most people I've recommended this to are still going back. Coffees are a standard price no matter what you add into it (most other places charge extra for different milks) and they are the tastiest I've had.

Went here for an early dinner one night. Only 1 staff there who is the waiter, cook, owner. Was informed of the specials, we ordered promptly also slightly tweaking a menu item. Food was freshly cooked, came out quickly and was delicious. Great prices, great food, and quality better than most restaurants that are double, triple the price. Also does Gluten Free food (pizza and pasta) which was yummy (hard to find). A hidden gem and we will be back!

Ordered a new entry door, communicated mostly by email which was prompt and precise. Had to alter the quote a few times to include/exclude items. They weren't competitive on door locks, but I supplied my own which they were happy to fit. Would use them again, no problems.
