Arranged for them to come to my property to do an appraisal before putting the house on the market. Pleasant enough on the day but recieved no follow up what so ever.

I contacted them by phone, then sent the fresh skins (salted and wrapped) by train. They picked them up did all the hard work and sent them back to me by train when they were finished.
