From when I first walked into the hair salon I felt valued. I was seated straight away and asked if I wanted a drink. The lady that did my hair then came to see what I wanted done to my hair. She had lots of great ideas and listened to what I wanted. The finished product was wonderful my hair felt great and so did I.

This cafe was visited on a cold day. The food that we ordered took a while to come and it was reasonable dear for what we got. The food tasted okay but I don't think it was worth what we paid for it. Staff were good.

Went to this cafe on a cold winters day. The service was wonderful and came with a smile. The selection of food was good and the sandwich and hot chocolate I ordered were made quickly and tasted great.

I went into this bakery to get a sandwich and a cake. The girl behind the counter made the sandwich without wearing any gloves on. The when I had a look at the cakes their was nothing that I wanted because nothing looked fresh and it all looked unappealing. Also they had a small fridge with not many drinks in it.

This is a wonderful pizza restaurant. It has friendly waiters/waitresses and the food is delicious. they are pretty fast and have the most amazing pizza base I have ever tasted.

I went to this travel agency becuse they are well known. I went on a Friday afternoon and they had 5 staff on. When I walked in there were 2 travel agents attending to people and 1 on the phone, the 2 others were just on their computer. I waited 5 minutes and know one addressed me. Finally the lady that was on the phone served me.

The news agency has had a massive makeover. It is clean it has extra cash registers and the staff are experienced and know what they are doing. The selection of stationary and cards was great.

I had my wedding photos dobne through this business. The photographer that came on the day (not Mark), was wonderful and took the most beautiful photos. After 4 weeks we recieved our wonderful proof album. We ordered our wedding album and that took 5 months to come. When trying to contact Mark, phone calls were unanswered, messages were not returned and the level of custiomer service was extremely poor. We are still waiting for our DVD of our wedding that was 10 months ago.

The shop looked wonderfulk to walk into. Staff were friendly but not pushy. Clothes were wonderful and arranged around the shop well. Had some good sale items.
