Staff could have been a little more helpful with fitting shoes etc for myself and four children. Clean area video, clips and music displayed and heard for entertainment also. Cafe was well equipped and an area for pinball games and air hockey etc available. They offer a glow in the dark session at certain times also. Close to shops and transport.

A beautiful park for the whole family. Animals are well cared for and in large enclosures with many having the freedom of wandering the park for your enjoyment. We were able to feed goats with bottles and milk a cow. You can ride the tractor around the park also where you are given details of each animal. There is a great enclosed eating area (so animals don't eat your food lol) and a shop for thing u forgot to bring. A cafe and souvenir shop along with free BBQ's are awesome. The newly built reptile exhibit was great also....take the sunscreen and hats!

An awesome excursion for me and my two children. There is the unreal ride on the toboggan that is safe. I took one child with me each turn and then they decided they were brave enough to do it them selves. Each has a brake and felt safe to travel at a comfortable speed. We then went thru the giant maze and took a tractor ride. There are also mini golf, rock climbing, electronic games and plaster painting. Each thing has a separate cost so you can pick and choose age appropriate activities for the whole family. Great day out.

Was $140 well spent. I went with work friends and had an awesome time. We were spoken to at length about safety and rules. We saw aboriginal landmarks, ship wrecks, and a WW2 site. The guides were friendly and entertaining. It also catered for children as young as 4 which i found others didn't do. A great 1 1/2hr and thoroughly recommend it.

Disappointed. Very old looking place with urgent work needed to make it look more appealing. Done it once and thats enough. Cost to go in and look, then costs to feed them from the side, but it costs extra to get the very small cup of food, and costs extra to get in with them. Staff were unfriendly and offered no educational information to the kids even when asked. Was a great experience for the children to swim in the tank with the large sting ray and felt very safe with reading that all the barbs have been removed. We were saddened by a pale shark in a tank too small for its size. It did not move at all and when we enquired we were told it was new and just adjusting.....that was two years ago...friends have told me its still in the same tank and people are being told the same story! Was a good experience for the children but not something i would do again there!

Amazing prices. Compared to others, i saved $20 on a family meal with rice and three dishes. Couldn't ask for better value for money and will not buy anywhere else now. Food is great quality. Only fault is, it is not somewhere you would eat in. Its a definite takeaway meal. Area is small with a few basic laminate tables. Very friendly service and the perfect take home meal.

Staff very friendly and sociable with their clients. I did not have to wait very long and was given a business card to encourage a return visit. I received the service i asked for but found it quite expensive considering time spend in the salon. Felt more attention could have been given to the clients and a coffee or magazine offered while treatments are being done. Wasn't made to feel comfortable.

Coffee was delicious. I also enjoyed a freshly made sandwich made in front of me with staff using gloves and tongs as expected. Staff were polite and friendly. I would have liked to have sat in the outside area on such a beautiful day but when i discovered i had to share other peoples smoke....i asked for it to be put in a takeaway and left. Probably wouldn't go back for that reason along with the prices being a little dear.

Very disappointed with my treatment there. I stuck it out there for three months but ended up leaving! I was not once greeted on my arrival nor shown how to use ANY piece of equipment. I was not shown around when joining or given any advice apart from being given brochures to read in my own time. Even when explaining the reasons for my leaving, i was not contacted or apologised to. Staff definitely need some training in customer service. It is a great price for weekly membership but would rather pay a little more for advice and good service thats for sure.

Beautiful club that has recently been renovated. We were greeted well on arrival and given directions to the bistro we had asked for. OMG it was amazing. The staff were outstanding and described and commented on anything we chose. We didn't have to wait more than necessary and our meal was presented beautifully and hot. Staff at the bar for drinks were also very friendly and courteous to our requests. We were a party of 8, half of which were children. We were all made welcome and would strongly recommend taking visitors, clients, children or a date night with your partner. Truly wonderful night!
