If you are into craft they are definetly worth checking out. I usually order online because I live in a remote location, Order always arrives quickly with all items intact. Derwent Valley Community House offers a wide range of services to the community with Service Providers utilising their rooms (centrelink) to provide interaction with the community, and programs such as Eating with Friends, Childrens Choir, Garden Club, Willow Court Working Group and a school holiday program. There is also a regular Community Market held on the third Sunday of each month with a wide variety of stalls and usually a BBQ lunch provided by a community group as a fundraiser. There are regular Courses on offer from Calligraphy to Computers, ring up with any ideas or areas of interest and discuss the possibility of establishing a course, they are always open to suggestions. All courses are relatively low cost.

One of the best Hot Chocolates I have tasted, great range of wraps and sandwiches, also a great range of cakes. All products are attractively presented. My wrap was really flavoursome, great variety to choose from.

Danny Roberts provides excellent service, at great rates. Gives you a full run down on work performed, and parts used. Is really great to deal with and obliging regards times if you have to travel a distance to get your vehicle serviced and also has a courtesy car available upon request.
I choose Danny for my log book services on my new car, as his rates are so much better than the dealerships.

The death of a loved one is a very traumatic and often totally unexpected occassion, this was my experience when faced with the sudden death of my husband.
Millingtons staff were sympathetic, dignified, and caring.
They accomodated the families wishes for the services, assisted with the planning of the services, presented us with a beautiful CD of the music from the service which was greatly appreciated.
They also allowed family to assist in dressing our loved one, and nothing was too much trouble, I really felt that they became extended family at a very traumatic time.
The McIntyre Street site, also has a beautiful Rose Garden where your loved ones ashes may be placed, and a extensive walled section.

I have purchased books/notelets/cards from this business for the last 10 years. I find their products to be excellent value for money, and to cover a great variety of topics. I also love the free gift if your order is over a certain amount, as I usually take orders from a couple of friends in order to save the postage costs.

A group of us had a fantastic evening here recently. The steaks were beautifully cooked to the specifications of the diners. The Chicken was succulent and sauces were great. The Desserts were delicious. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Absolutely the best Ice Cream Shop that I know.... The Sundaes are to die for, I found them to be a generous size, really great options you have to go back several times to get through them all...lol. The Savoury menu is really great too, and there is a comprehensive selections of drinks.

Having newly moved to an area, I needed to find someone to service my laptop, sort out a couple of problems I was experiencing and they had to be nearby. I found Lightning IT Services in The Derwent Valley Business and Services Directory and soon discovered that they offered great service (depending on the problem can almost be while you wait, or go and do some shopping and pop back later) Great Value, were really pleasant to deal with. Made sure I understood the programs updated etc.

I have had this service for approx 3 years, very cost efficient, yes Dial up is slow, but 3 years ago this was the only form of internet service available where I lived. I have never had any problems at all with this company, Staff are pleasant to deal with, and were very efficient the once I had to ring them in relation to my internet services.
