My partner & I were very nervous before having our tongues pierced, well I was anyway. No matter what, we were going to get the same result really anywhere but the way the girls calmed me down & held my hand made all te difference in the world. They were quick and reassuring and had a great selection of jewellery. Also the after care service was fantastic

Every time I go into the pharmacy, Jack, the pharmacist will ask what medications I'm on & ask how much I'm currently paying, and then he'll beat the price. He's out to drum up business and it ends up saving me money. There are always bargains, like toilet rolls or shampoo to browse through while you wait, aswell

I went to the salon as it's close to where I work, and another hairdresser had botched my hair so I neede a repair job done on my hair. The girls were so lovely and did such a great job, I went back to have my hair cut, coloured and blowdried and I was so impressed. The hairdressers are young and fashionable and give alot of helpful advice

I took my very sick cat in to be seen, and was very disappointed when they didn't look at my cat or examine her before telling me cats were very expensive and I would need to pay to run every blood test because the cat couldn't tell them what was wrong. They told me they were a business and had to make money to keep on running, which I thinks they should have kept to themselves, and I don't think they were very compassionate. They were very blase about diseases and worst case scenarios. They charged me alot of money for doing nothing and I ended up taking my cat elsewhere.

My cat was very sick, it was poisoned, and we had to get her put down in the end. All the vets and nurses were so good with my cat, they were thorough and they tried their very best until the end. I was always consulted before they started a treatment, and was given the cost upfront, but it never felt like they were running a business. They really cared, and were very respectful towards myself, my partner, and my cat, minty. I've been to other vets and have never felt as confident and comfortable as the staff made me feel. I'm confident that no vet could have done a better job.

I've been going since I was a child, but the last few times I've been there the Doctors have made me feel embarrassed, it doesn't feel like a personal relationship and I feel like they're always more interested in money, also you can't get an appointment the same day, sometimes 2 or 3 days.

I've used this salon for cuts, colours, blow dries and styles and unless I'm getting something simple like a trim or a wash or a blow dry I come out feeling unsatisfied. They are very cheap but not very modern or stylish and I'll only go there if I haven't got much money and I just want my hair blow dried before I head out for the night. They often do cheap specials in the local newspaper aswell.

I would never get my nails done anywhere else. I have tried several beauty therapists and they don't compare. I also buy gift vouchers for family and friends as they have great monthly pamper packages including massage, facials, manicures, hair & nails and alot more. It's a great gift to give someone you love or keep for yourself...

I have seen most doctors at this surgery and they're all great. The surgery bulk bills and if you call in the morning you can generally get an appointment the same day. There's also a chemist next door and the staff at both are so comforting and make you feel like a friend, they even greet me by name rather than act like it's the first time they meet me every time I go in, like some places.

I work close and Pat Vogel gives such reassurance. He has fixed problems on the spot for me many times. He will always make time to see my car if I'm concerned about a noise or even my oil & water.
