The Herdsman is a great place to shop. Although it is not a big supermarket, but it gives the varieties and you don't really need to go to other shops when you need something. Some of the items may be a bit dearer, however, it is still affordable and the fruits and veggies are fresher and this is a plus!

It made us feel welcome and the staff were friendly and accommodate guests easily. We didn't need to make payment (as they were busy at that time) and trusted us to check-in to our room for the night. We paid our dues only on the next day on checking-out! The meals were of variety and reasonably priced. Will not hesitate to return to this hotel-motel on my next trip certainly!

A great accommodation for a small town. The environment is like 'home away from home'. It has all the basic amenities and facilities for a short stay. Friendly and helpful staff and it felt like 'one is always welcome' to stay. Easy to book in although it was a last minute decision to stay in. No problem with booking on the second night as well. Great place and I won't hesitate to return to this motel on my next trip surely!

We had no problem of getting the room as we requested 'the city view'. A great location for an accommodation and very close to the airport about 7kms away. The staff made us feel welcome and had that 'warm' smile and friendly reception. So far, this was the only hotel in the CBD that I found to have parking for guests for FREE, internet use for FREE and Foxtels movies for FREE! The room was exceptionally neat and tidy, the bed was comfortable but most of all the 'pillows' were soft and fluffy and one just feel that you can go on sleeping!
