I have been a using this company for many years. They provide a lot of services the main being home help, in-home respite and personal care. The P.C.A's that come and help me are fabulous. Now the company itself has had some problems in years past but I can honestly say they really have improved and respond to clients in a timely manner, are more co-ordinated, inter-office communications have improved. They have always been very approachable but now are even more focused on me the client and my needs and circumstances are met with a more customized approach. The P.C.A's whom work for I.A that come to me are like bottled gold!

Truly amazing is all I can say. All those old negatives in photo packets I took in and you can even take in slides and they put them all on the computer in files/discs and I gave them two old photos of my nanna that were torn and yellowed and just plain grubby and I got back these amazing exact copies that looked brand new old photos, meaning they looked perfect like they had just been developed from a negative in the 1940's still had the old world look but had been created present day. Plus made so much sense to save our photos onto disc, especially being in a bushfire area. Worth every every penny!

I have been going there since before it moved and evolved into this multi-medical practitioner clinic and it is even better as there are more services now under the one roof, eg. Pathology, Podiatry, and more, along with the General Practitioners which can be very convenient, simple and time saving. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and waiting times are minimal, mostly no more than 10-15mins which I feel is an important factor!

I switched to this vet a couple of years ago and they are amazing. They are professional, give your pets superb treatment, they explain everything to you, if its urgent they will fit you in asap and they have a top quality service but great value too. Their prices are great but the best thing is there is no compromise on expertise and quality - they truly are care for the animals, myself and so many others go there and we will never go to another vet

The 5 stars is warranted when you find a mechanics business with such honesty and integrity. 100% trustworthy and top quality workmanship. The prices are always great because they are honest and don't fix what isn't broken. They are very helpful in answering any questions or explaining things to someone who isn't mechanically minded, great customer service and will help you anyway they can. My family and I have been going to them for well over 12yrs and have sent other friends and family who have had car troubles, all different types of automobiles too - now you why they are a 5 star business!
