I just love this butcher! Their meat is fresh and tasty. The service is excellent. Their sausages and crumbed steak are my childrens favourite meals. They also supply bulk meat orders at cheaper prices and family packs at reduced cost. A butcher well worth trying.

This is a little bakery that supplies simple baked items such as bread, cakes, slices etc. They also sell hot and cold drinks. It's an older style place but the food is tasty and the service is good. Their bread rolls are very tasty and well priced.

Robert Braid (otherwise known as Mr Gas) is a very helpful and knowledgeable tradesman. I have used his services on a couple of occasions for my gas stove and gas heater. Both times he was quick, professional and reasonably priced.

Recently I found myself with a bit of a tax problem I didn't know how to fix. I made a to call Hunt and McTavish, got an appointment for the following week and went into see them. Within the hour, they had fixed the problem and sent me on my way. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I regularly visit this café with my children. The food is simple, tasty and reasonably priced. The girls are friendly and helpful. They get very busy so be prepared to at times have to wait a little for the food, but remember that it is well worthwhile!

My two favourite dishes are their deliciously good Chicken Caeser Salad and their yummy, but not so low calorie Chicken Satay Meatball Baguette. Sooooo good!

We took the family here a little while ago and intend to return in the next month or so. We had an absolute ball and the children learnt a lot about the Gold Rush while they were there.

It is set up as it was in Gold Rush times. A horse and carriage is driven through the streets, which you can get a ride on for a small fee. The streets are lined with wonderful little shops including beautiful old time crafts shops, a great lolly shop and a few cafes and restaurants that are all set back in the 1850s.

There is a great working blacksmith shop that allows you to see a blacksmith working and creating beautiful things that are also for sale in the shop there.

One of the highlights of out visit was going down into one of the mien shafts. It was great. Very dark! But great. Not only was it an adventure, but a story was told along the way. The children loved it.
Overall, we spent the full day here and we could easily send another day there as we are yet to see everything.There was just so much to see that I couldn't possibly put it all here. As a whole, I would recommend Sovereign Hill as a unique and interesting place a family visit.

I went here recently for a couple of new tyres. They were very helpful by putting aside the tyres I needed until I could get the car into their garage. The prices were reasonable and the work was done quickly.

This is a small mechanical garage that is opened just a few days a weeks. I have gone here for pink slips and a muffler repair. I found him honest and got the work done quickly. The prices were reasonable. In the small town he is located in he has a good reputation.

I've been using these mechanics since I moved to town over two years ago. They are professional and helpful. I have had numerous repairs done there and find them trustworthy and reasonably priced. They have also picked up my car and dropped it back when repaired.

I have had many building jobs completed by this builder including putting in aluminium windows, relining walls and building new peers under my house. He is a great builder and has a great team working for him. Not only is he friendly and professional, his prices are reasonable and the work is completed to a high standard. As I am renovating an old house, I need the work of builders regularly. His the only one I use in town now. I'd recommend him to anyone.
