Engaged this business to wash down our house roof, to prep for paint application and apply the paint to restore the roof. We are on tank water, so usage of the water to clean, disconnecting all downpipes were to be included. Boss man left one 20's labourer on my roof in 25 degree heat with no surrounding safety rail and no breaks for smoko or lunch for a period of over 6 hours - then informed us he would be back in a week to paint the roof NOT NEXT DAY! Advised Boss man his services were no longer required and settled out of Court for a reduced amount on the work that was done! Then went elsewhere - whole job finished in 2 1/2 days! This included a re-clean of the roof!

I waned a new syklight in the hallway near my kids bedrooms, and an existing skylight made bigger - they quoted for the k=job, including moving the existing skylight to the hallway and then providing just 1 brand new skylight to the other area....felt very important to them as they were very considerate of costs & what I wanted to do. Quality workmanship, delivered on-time and with a minimum of fuss and mess!

Quoted to install new shower screen for newly renovated bathroom - had them back twice within the first week as door kept coming off its pivot point. Then noticed rivets were not color co-ordinated and magnetic strip on door very loose. Grumbled about returning to fix these items, saying not their fault, when they manufacture the product on site!
