great service, happy waitress,good portion size,i had a kids size meal,which was the perfect size,most places dont allow adults to order from kids menu so that was helpful, very tasty hash browns and many of them, good prices

they have lots of staff members and everyone i have met has been so polite and friendly,they also have a post office there so paying bills and sending mail is easy,they give the best service ever,happy to answer any questions,even silly ones,if only there were more places like this one

a bit expensive,overly sweet hot chocolates,love the marshmallows,coffee usually good ,smiling staff but can be a bit slow especially if there is a show on as its joined to the arts centre faster would be better

the same food in all the shops but the service in this one can be a little slow,usually friendly but easy to get to and lots of seating outside,coffee ok but i love there quiches

unfortunately im a decaf coffee drinker now,i didnt get what i asked for,they are a newly opened business and there eftpos wasnt working yet either so it was funny watching us scramble for change.the coffee wasnt bad though

love the costumes the staff wear,they always make you feel welcome,can be scary for little kids, the shop is always full,great gifts for something different

bought a wallet that when i took it home was faulty,they were very helpful and very happy to either refund or replace,i was happy to get a replacement

not as good as i was hoping,yes cheap and friendly butchers but qaulity not so much,specials are good but regular prices are a bit expensive

good qaulity for great pricing,happy service,butchers happy to cut to size,dairy counter now with great specials, recently refurbished
