What a FANTASTIC business this is. Unbelievable low prices. No one else in Sydney comes even close. I traveled over an hour to get to them and I wasn't disappointed. The girls at Professional Laser are so lovely. They have a screen in the laser room so you can see your children on camera in the waiting room and they are more than happy to occupy them while you are in the laser room. They do an absolutely amazing job removing all unwanted hair and make you feel so comfortable especially when getting hair removed from the more private areas. Well done Professional Laser. You've won me!

Everytime I go to Coles at Narellan I am amazed at the cleanliness of the store. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. I particularly like the fact that there are always sale items in the meat department and the trays of meat on sale have still many days until the expiry date. The most pleasing though was when I realised that they no longer stocked a particular item that I bought fairly regularly so I made an inquiry to one of the staff members. I was quickly directed to their head office where I gave my details and the details of the product and was very suprised when I received a phone call the next day to let me know that they had started ordering of the product again and it would be back on the shelves within 7 days. Well done Coles! That item is the secret ingredient in many of my favourite dishes I cook!

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Just Jeans, Macarthur Square Campbelltown. I had taken a pair of Jeans back that I had bought from another store and I was planning on asking for a refund as I had had such a hard time buying them in the first place (finding a pair that fit properly). The young girl working at the time was the only staff member in the store and had 3 or 4 other women browsing for jeans. She was quick to suggest an alternative and assure me that she would find me the right pair of jeans in no time. She was right. The young girl attended to all of us in an amazing fashion and even occupied my son while I tried a couple of pairs of jeans on. I ended up buying the first pair that she had suggested and was amazed at the way she seemed to love her job. What a great shopping experience! Well done Just Jeans! You redeemed yourselves.

I had dropped my son and his friend at he movies and had to kill some time so I went to grab a coffee at the Narellan Town Centre Gloria Jeans. Firstly, the young girl working in the store was more interested in talking to one of her girlfriends than serving me. Secondly, I am quite familiar with the taste of Gloria Jeans coffee and the coffee at the Narellan store always tastes bitter and a little stale. Lastly, when I handed over my loyalty card that appeared to be full which entitled me to a free medium coffee, I was screeched at and told that I was not entitled because my card had been incorrectly hole punched by the previous person and I still had one more coffee to buy to entitle me to my complimentary coffee. Overall my experience in this store was not very good.
