Jenny Scammell is an outstanding pre-school field officer who visits kindergartens, particularly in view of helping in regard to children with difficulties or disabilities. She will recommend where and how to go about getting help for your child and provide lists of therapists, advise on costs, health plans from your GP. She is very kind and patient and answers all your questions in a kind and friendly manner. I cannot recommend this service highly enough and she has been a tremendous help to us.

The operator seems like a competent hairdresser with reasonable prices but not the cheapest home hairdresser I have encountered. She operates from home - just a room inside the house. Unfortunately it seemed rather dirty on the couple of occasions I visited. Lots of dust and old hair lying about. Didn't exactly inspire you to continue there. I used her a couple of times when I was between hairdressers but wouldn't go back unless I was desperate.

Ingrid is lovely and very helpful and obviously very talented. I have only used her for basic dressmaking but she does wedding dresses and also costumes for theatre groups etc too. I think her background is in costume design/making. Works from home. Very reasonably priced.

Excellent primary school - highly recommended. Staff are high quality and very caring and all those we have encountered seem very devoted to their job. The school is very well resourced with students taking part in music, art, cooking, PE, science etc each week. They have a dedicated Reading Recovery teacher to help the children who need extra attention with reading and this is a huge bonus. Very accommodating of special needs.

Lovely old fashioned style kindergarten. Teacher has been there for 50 years so plenty of experience and seems to have a knack of dealing with all the children and their various whims! Very flexible hours which is a great thing. You can choose whether to do 4 half days or 2 whole days, or even pay extra and do 4 whole days (this is all for 4 year old kinder. They only do one half day per week for 3 year old kinder.) Excellent playground. Morning & afternoon tea of fruit is provided for the children.

Excellent service. The staff are always efficient and polite and helpful. They always do a great job and items are always ready when they say they will be.

Very plush and peaceful setting. Not the cheapest place around but do a great job in a quiet and calming environment. Lovely décor and talented staff. I would highly recommend. Their slogan is 'Prepare to be Pampered' and they certainly live up to it.

This business is owned & operated from home by Vicki. She is very friendly and easy to get along with but doesn't pry into your personal life etc. She is happy to do whatever you ask for, or give ideas and advice if you want it. She has a separate entrance for her business and it is actually a small part of the garage I think which she has turned into a fully fitted hairdressing salon (small, but very functional). It is always immaculately clean and tidy, which is a lot more than I can say for some home hairdressers I have been to.

Dr Faktor is an excellent dentist - very gentle and doesn't rip you off ie doesn't tell you your teeth need work which they actually don't, just so that he can earn more money. He is very honest and if you go for a check up and it's all good, he will offer to do a clean & polish for you, and that's it. No fancy unnecessary extras. Prices are very reasonable compared to what my friends tell me they pay at other dentists. He is excellent with small or timid children also. Highly recommend.

Excellent physiotherapist. Highly recommend. I saw Helen Moore and would use her again any time I need a physiotherapist. Friendly but not talkative (nothing worse than someone who talks the whole time when you're trying to relax!)
