Ken and his team always provide excellent service. I really appreciate the clear job scope received prior to the job via e-mail and live invoicing that clearly matches the agreed scope of work. Always do an efficient and effective job and clean up perfectly. Friendly and approachable staff always pleasant to have around.

Expensive rates and materials . Travel time is charged on top of actual work time even in Sunbury. I certainly will look elsewhere im afraid next time.

Thanks Ken Matt and Michael It's so refreshing that you turned up on time cleaned up and did what was agreed. The advice on updating the electricals around the house now makes a much safer and more comfortable home. The LED lights look fantastic and will hopefully make a nice saving on the bills!!! As for the advice about the use of heating elements ( even in the kettle!) making a difference where trying to energy save ....It is these little gems that can reduce bill shock in the future!! I can thoroughly recommend Ken and his team he takes pride and responsibility for his work and backs up his after service warranty by having attended same day when there was some minor adjustments to be made. Ken's professionalism is demonstrated by his commitment and pride in the service he and his team offer. Great work and nice to have confidence using a very community minded local business!

Ken had two members of his Team fit a new telephone point in one of my Sunbury properties. They were on time as arranged and a pleasure to deal with. I was also quoted on some led lighting and this job will be done later this month (Sept 2014) Ken has secured a top class led light and will fit them at a very competitive price. Ken helped me out with a recent Investment property I purchased. A split system air conditioner needed replacement ASAP. Ken did this promptly and without any delays or fuss. The same property needed 4 flouro lights under a new verandah and a motion sensor light. This job was also done without delay and Ken kept in touch via Email the whole job. (My preferred method) I can highly recommend Kens reliability and attention to detail. I will use Ken on my other Investment properties in Sunbury and on my own house in Sunbury.
