A suburban secret which gave us great pleasure today. Not only is its decor a cheerful change from the hipster cafe look, but the food is equally of its own character. No smashed avo here. Lunch items included a pasta bake, individual casseroles with potato topping and for dessert, we couldn't believe our luck - perfect scones (I don't say this lightly) just out of the oven. Tea was excellent. Don't go for the coffee, stick with the trendy cafes for that. Music was quiet and appealing, one could hang out here all day with a book scoffing scones and guzzling tea. My kind of place. You will get a main course, scone (or cake) and tea for $20 or less.
I love going into 101 rooms, the girl there has filled her shop with fantastic, unusual and affordable gifts. The shop is actually a coffee shop too. The little room out the back, could be a romantic setup for a couple - chatting over a fine cup of coffee and cookies
Approximate cost: $17.00
Light snacks available unless you book a private function whic will be catered to your needs. The cafe is also a shop with an ecclectic array of new and used items (mainly homewares) and items are sold on consignment.

I find your review interesting and think I must try here. Sounds my kind of place
I was tempted to keep it even more secret than it already is :)
