Now things with the baby have settled down a bit, we have decided that the cleaning service is no longer required. We are really happy with the service we've had, which helped a lot to get us through the chaotic early months with a newborn baby.

I just wanted to let you know that I am very happy with the 2easy cleaning team who clean our house. We have Ben regularly at the moment and he does a great job. He is very friendly, always completes our regular clean and does any of the extra tasks we leave for him. He is very reliable and I have not had any problems with him at all.

Previously, we had a couple of different cleaners after our regular cleaner moved on. This was a bit frustrating as I had to tell each new cleaner what I expected of them. I am very happy now that we have Ben regularly (as well as other helpers sometimes) as he knows what we want from a clean and does a great job.

Overall, we are happy with 2easy and I always speak highly of your company whenever anyone asks me about cleaners.

I have nothing but positive feedback for the high level of customer service and the quality of cleaning. I really appreciate the reminder sms the day before my fortnightly clean and the high level of communication. The quality of the cleaning itself is great and it is fantastic that I can change my cleaning requirements if need be by just writing this down in my cleaning book!
